I want to say everyone cosmos hospital service, staff and great doctors are very shoddy so I want to say every One don't go there

Worst hospital. Don't recommend to anyone. We admit our mother there after 10 days they raised their hand of not handling the case. Very worst service.

Good hospital to treat everything, staff behaviour is also good, Nature wise Doctors panel also calm and good.

Staff are very rude. Specially guy sitting out side the cabin of Urologist Mr Gupta and lift staff also. They should be polite as they are in service profession

We can't leave Patient on hospital staff on responsibility it could be not be good for patient care. Hospital staff doesn't take care properly of our patient.

Physiotherapy wing of Cosmos is appreciable and praiseworthy. After spine surgery in MAX Saket I was advised physiotherapy for gait training. The physiotherapy doctors are very nice, perfect in their knowledge and approach and deliver appreciable results. I am much impressed with my progress owing to this physiotherapy wing of cosmos.

Danger toh keep patient on responsibility of hospital staff. On time staff give Threat Or miss behaving with patient members. Threat: (you have to come hospital for OPT next time).

Staff is not cooperative. There is no hearing of any complaint. In the end this is third class hospital or staff.infect bad staff totally. Doctor is good. But patient is in trouble

Neuro Surgeon Doctor Sanjay Gupta's behavior is not good, he does not talk well nor does he give proper answers.

It's not hospital, it's a only bank to deposit money and they never refund your money

Hospital and facilities are fine. Best option for during emergency. I personally believe they need some professional approach for the betterment of their patients. Facilities and treatment is costly. Overall a good hospital for the people of moradabad and its adjacent cities. Doctors during night hours are not very professional or very experienced and this is the main issue which they must look into.

मैं धामपुर का रहने वाला हु मैने अपने हार्ट अटैक के मरीज को धामपुर फर्स्ट एड दिलाने के बाद cosmos में एडमिट कराया मरीज अपने पैरो से पैदल जाता और बात करता है इसको बहा पर डॉक्टर के नाम पर कंपोडर इलाज करता है इमरजेंसी के नाम पर जनरल वार्ड में इलाज करते है और 2 घंटे बाद मरीज की मौत हो जाती है लेकिन डॉक्टर तब भी नही आया फिर बिल लेकर dead बॉडी वापस कर देते है। अगर अपने मरीज को जिंदा देखना चाहते हो तो cosmos main koi bhi illaj mt karana

I am compel to rate 1 star as Google doesn't allow 0 or negative rating, but never recommend this hospital to all who reads the reviews of Cosmos as they all are genuine.
There is less or no availability of doctors, if they are available, then their visiting according to them, hence there is no management control. They hire untrained staff of male and female who are below 18yrs of age. Doesn't know they hold education or not in their domain. If you need to save the life of your patient then never admit to this. I lost my bhabhiji, may Almighty rest her in peace.

One of the worst hospital of Moradabad. Don’t ever visit this hospital. Mortality rate is very high in this hospital. They are just making money. If serous patients go there they will never survive. They are just looting money. There staff is hardly 12th class passed and working in operation theatre. I don’t know how it’s legally allowed. 90% operations are done inaccurately.

So please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Pathetic Hospital. Dr. Ankit Singhal (Neuro) is visiting patients in his own private clinic, not in Cosmos Hospital. His compounder is compelling us to visit Dharma Clinic (which is Dr. Ankit Singhal's private clinic) and misbehaving with us stating that, "Aapk hisab se thodi na chalega hospital". The charge of his visit is 150 Rs.more in his private clinic than the charge of his visit in Cosmos. Seriously, I used to think Cosmos to be a well maintained and amazing service providing hospital, but I was completely wrong. Cosmos Management must keep a check on such doctors for the welfare of their patients. These doctors are using Cosmos Hospital for their own personal benefit.

Third class hospital. No process, no hygiene. Unskilled nursing staff. Fully chaotic. No seating space.

Such a Big Hospital but always takes cash. Can't even use debit card.

This is a third class, cheap institution.

My father got operated and they even asked us to buy medical tape. They used 3cms worth of tape and kept the rest with themselves.

My father was called at 8am for a minor cyst removal procedure but doctors came at 11am and operated at 12 and discharged at 3 pm.

They called my father hungry for local anaesthesia and kept him for 7 hours. No water was offered

No lift working.

Patient attendant has no place to sit or even a fan

Canola was inserted and not even used once.

Please take your enemies there, not your loved ones.

3rd class hospital with mannerless and inhuman staff. Pathetic doctors who don't have any knowledge it seems. Poor level of cleanliness. You may throw up after looking at cleanliness of washrooms.

Worst experience I ever have in hospitals. I Can understand this covid time but after the operations at least two hours nobody come to see the patient.

In my opinion Cosmos hospital is best in mbd as comparable to other hospitals. Treatment is best and result assured.

Gynaecologist doctor is inexperienced at cosmos.i would strictly not recommend anybody as i have lost my baby with no complication in pregnancy till 8 months and went there only for normal check up but the moment she injected injection.within two three days all ended with brain dead situation of baby.i have checked injection details on internet which is only advised before 34 weeks or in expected delivery within or after 24 hours in case of premature baby but she injected and there was serious impact on my bays mind immediately and we lost him after seven days treatment.

The best cardiologist i had ever met.he treats the patient like his family member and never dissappoints you.very thankfull to him

My father admitted here twice, and got good treatment, dr rakesh kr (kidney), dr ankit singhal (paralysis), dr sanjay Gupta (brain) all these dr.are good, here good thing is branded medicines are in cheap rate, i purchased vintor 4000iu injection in 350, the MRP on it was 800. Dialysis staff is very good. A bit untidy Overall hospital is good.

Very pathetic hospital, they keep threatening you saying that the patient will die today or tomorrow. Poor knowledge of doctors, not learned doctors, only doctors with degrees you will find here. Please don't waste money here, they have no solution. Above all, doctors don't even have trust on their medical calibre.

Staff is very bad. They always misbehave with you. Bad experience. I never seen such type rude staf security person and clerical staf Mr. Faisal Khan is very misbehaved person. I will never recommended this hospital. If you will come in this hospital you will face insult in each and every step.

Doctors are good. It's a bit (Actually more than a bit) untidy. Cleanliness is a problem here. Bathrooms are stinking. The third floor is still under construction so can't give much information about that because the construction materials are spread all over. Staff is good. Getting medicine is a bit confusing initially because you have to do rounds. First you get the raw paper with medicine names on it, present it to the guy at the receiving counter then he will send you over to another counter where you pay bill and another paper is wasted and then finally you show that paper to the guy on front door where you receive medicine. The medical shop is usually crowded during the days and you might end up waiting a few thousand years to get whatever you are looking for.

Very casual and care less approach of staff nurses and ward boys. All the time used to chat don't even turned up when called. Doctors are good.

Dr Gaurav Agarwal is the worst Dr in the world, he even doesn't know what is the exact problem to your child, i lost my 1 month old baby because of him, he was unable to recognise that the baby has cerebral problem, even he didn't check his cerebral tests or ultrasound, when i got to know that my baby is not improving her health after meeting 5 days in NICU, i decided to refer her bareilly, there i got she has cerebral edema and Dr was giving her chest medicines, but it was too late, my baby's brain has been totally damaged till then, and i lost my baby because of him, if you want to save your child, never go to this Doctor.

मैंने अपनी माँ को यहाँ एडमिट कराया था क्योकि उनको रात में 11 बजे हार्ट अटैक आया था।
जब में यहाँ पंहुचा तो इन्होंने पेशेंट को चेक किया । इनको पता था के मेरी माँ सीरियस है वो यहाँ ठीक नही हो सकती क्योको उस टाइम वहा पे एंजियोप्लास्टी नही थी और मेरी माँ को एंजियोप्लास्टी की सख़्त जरुरत थी।
तब भी इन्होंने उनको एडमिट कर लिया
रात भर icu में रखकर सुबह 8 बजे मना कर दिया के यहाँ से ले जाओ ये aiims delhi में ही ठीक हो सकती है
मैंने कहा ओके आप जल्दी डिसचार्ज करो तब इनका डिस्चार्ज प्रोसेस 8 से 12 बजे तक चला और इन्होंने मुझसे 60000 रूपये जमा कराये।
तब जाकर में लगभग 1 बजे डिसचार्ज हुआ
फिर मैंने एम्बुलेंस देल्ही के लिए बुक की और देल्ही के लिया निकल गया।।।।।।।। लेकिन तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी थी।।।।
और मेरी माँ मुझे छोर के हमेसा के लिए चली गयी।
और उनकी मोत के जिम्मेदार सिर्फ cosmos वाले है। केवल 60000 के लिये उन्होंने मुझसे मेरी माँ छीन ली।
ये बनिए गरीबो से लूटते है।।
