I wouldn't even give one star for the kind of customer experience one gets here.

When I finally brought my computer in for repair, I was told that it would take only a few days to fix, but it ended up taking over 4 weeks. During this time, I was given little to no updates on the status of my computer, and when I tried to contact the center to get information, I was met with more unhelpful customer service.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my computer back, it was still not functioning properly. I had to bring it back in for further repairs, which took even longer than the first time.
Overall, my experience with your center was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I would have given 0 star but that option wasn't available. Worst service centre I've visited ever in my life. Completely unskilled employees dont deserve to employment at all. Seems like they have completed their education from YouTube. I was facing issues with the display in my acer tablet, it was a connection issue but firstly they replaced the display and formatted my tablet. The issue was with the hardware but still they messed up with the software. After this my tablet is not working at all it keeps on restarting and shows that the software is corrupted and these unskilled workers are not able to provide any possible solution for the same. My tablet keeps on restarting on it's own and wifi also keeps on disconnecting on it's own. That tablet is of no use for me now.
I would never recommend anyone to visit this service centre. Not a single employee over here has technical knowledge. And that person Saleem who sits at the desk is a complete nuisance. He does not have any technical knowledge and moreover does not even have manners of how to treat customers.
I would like to inform Acer as well to have their quality check at this service centre and this particular service centre is spoiling your brand name.
