Worst experience ever. Went there to buy our 1st iPhone they made us wait for 3 hrs after billing.when the full amount was paid and they kept saying 20 min 10 min 5 min but we didn't recieved the phone. The people are fraud and cheap
It is good for household items including electronic gadgets and their accessories.they do have multiple products few of them don't have good after product sell services such as Faber they are not intended to give good services, please don't buy these companies products. Just it's my opinion.thanks

Service after sale is very poor. Customer care service response is very poor. After 36 hrs of service request, technician is not appointed to visit at home.
Bad experience in croma because I purchase a laptop some months ago. But laptop doesn't work properly and they say going a service center. I hate croma
Very pathetic services standards and products being offered by Croma (A TATA Group Company). Can't provide spares parts of products produced and sold by Croma.
Customer care called for services they didn't informed about any charges. Engineer visited and said that they are not capable of providing spares but still we need to pay visiting charges which is higher than fees of a doctors visits. This was very much irritating for my senior citizen mother who made the payment for a visit which was of seconds and not of any help to her. This was never expected from a TATA Group co.
Will suggest not to buy any product of Croma brand.
I have been a TATA customer for a long time as well as a TATA admirer. I had a worst experience this time after buying a Redmi note 12 recently which has given me nightmares, humiliation and embarrasment at work.
The phone faced connectivity issues, lagging, screen blackouts and other app compatibility issues.
Sales staff Om Prakash tried to help but he had limits.
Within a month I was asked to get the phone software reset but in vain. The manager Prashant i guess and the customer care staff sold me stories that they are taught how to deal with customers.
But if a phone is a necessity and I bought it from my hard earned money it's not for listening to stories. I need it for my daily use and not for submitting to the slow ' Ho Jaega-Dekhtey Hain ' mindset people. I could have gone to Vijay sales but TATA appealed me more due to my customer loyalty. I need an immediate replacement of this condemn set which the staff don't want to believe. Is there a single responsible senior official who would have a mindset to help get a solution. Even the customer care grieviences mail is not helpful. A TATA Customer.
Its a good place with a variety of appliances, although nowadays we are used to do online shopping with tons of options, but sometimes it feels good to visit these places and shop from from them because the environment is lively with lots of crowd. The place is properly managed and you can test almost every product physically.
Whenever I have visited this store. I have always seen them displaying price much higher and offering discounts. Recently went to buy a split AC and price they have put on display was around 39000, while searching I found price around 35000 in other stores and online stores too.
They argue about service and quality of others and what they provide and usually service is provided by company don't know why they were giving such excuses for their high prices.
Not only with AC, 3 months ago went to buy a TV and found same experience
My experience in Croma RDC was really good. The staff here is supportive and they have variety of products within each category available with them. I would recommend it to everyone.
Look this place has all the electronics stuff but it has good variety of popular items like television, fridge, mobiles, laptops, earphones both wired and wireless But this chroma doesn't have low variety of some unconventional items like vacuum cleaners, popcorn makers etc.
It's a big showroom and ample of space.
Also I will suggest to buy only if they are giving some discounts and cashback on some credit cards offers otherwise compared to amazon this place is somewhat lil costly

Staff on samsung mobile is not good. They are not intrested to sell the product. Even they do not tell the customer about discounts and offers at chroma store. Customer has to updated himself. They do not entertain any Query about cash back offers etc. So better to go at company outlet instead visit here
Either they don't have product/model u r looking for or the employees are not willing to engage customer to sell their product.always went here to check price but we're never competitive.
It's a very nice mall in ghaziabad. Crowd is also very good. It is very managed. But the problem is traffic congestion near mall during evening time and holidays
One of the star outlets in the mall. They have big enough display of all the categories of electronics. Staff is well educated on the features also they are very helpful to clear the confusion when choosing between 2-3 options. You can get good deals and offers under promotions. Don’t hesitate to negotiate.
There is no seating area for customers or seniors and its little small mall but overall gud like it has restaurant n bar on top floor n BBQ nation restaurant and food court area and multie brands outlets that's it.
Large showroom with good collection and range across all products and brands. Big team of executives to support you and help you with right selection, usually crowded on weekends.
I was there yesterday to buy a laptop, but the model i sought was not there in the showroom so I asked a salesman if they have that laptop having 8th gen i3 processor with ssd but his reply was rather hilarious as he said, "Sir, you can have ssd in the i5 variant only, the i3 variant doesn't come with ssd". ️ I mean to say that if he had not the knowledge he simply could have said so. ️ By the way, I purchased the same variant I sought the same day from a local shop with a greater deal.
Associates are not professional they need training. They should know how to talk with the costumer they should value the need and budget of costumers they use to hide cheaper items they force to buy products which are expensive.
