Croma - Aditya City Centre, Ghaziabad

This should be refreshed with new updated machines. The items at the store are very old and they should be replaced with new items from the manufacturer.

Pls don't buy Samsung s23 fe, due to heating issue in normal use and also it's battery is draining very fast.i purchase it just before one day of this post.i spend rs 53000.and I am not satisfied, just waste of money, pls replace my product, if possible

One of the worst Croma Store in Delhi in my new product laptop on first (1) day some problem getting it is my 5 day also. They keep variety of electronic. You can sometimes find products here at better prices than online.
What bothered me, that the store management is not mindful enough.
Last time I went there, I need to use a dustbin. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DUSTBIN. When I asked for a bin nearby, I was asked to throw it anywhere out of their boundary.
They have a huge store, with a turnover in crores. THEY TRASH WASTE ON THE ROAD.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sagar.
He was very cooperative and he has good technical knowledge.

I have recently face a pathetic service from your customers service desk. The staff behave like u just take our product after that they don't know who u r. It's surprise to me. When smbdy buy any product they sale manythig along with product like extended warranty but after sale noboady care about you. Iahve never seen like this before. Very disappointed this time

It's in Ground floor of Aditya Mall and plenty of electronic items available on EMI. You will find this little bit costlier compare to the electronic shops in Delhi.

Visit many times but not purchased anything, price are little bit high compare to other stores in this locality.and having limited options for product choice. You can go to Vijaya sales just opposite side of road with better options at reasonable price with good customer services.

I was a witness there.so basically I bought an iphone 11 from the store itself.they offered me goodie which was nice ofcourse.while using the fone I got some issues. I was out for some reasons so was unable to go back to the store at that point of time.came back after 3 days and went to Croma again to sort out the issue.the gentleman SHADAAB is really fantastic. I told him my situation that I am going for a trip tonight and I bought this fone to use there as well.he understood well.make efforts, went to the apple service center bring the letter from there, forwarded the query to his own department and this guy literally handover me the new phone in the evening. My God this was really amazing experience. Croma has became the most trusted thing for me just because of Mr. Shadaab, really appreciate that guy for being so helpful in such condition. Thank you so much.looking forward to buy more stuff from Croma only

Brought a gyser which stopped working within a month. From past a week i am calling them but they are not responding.

Though I have bought quite a few items from Croma, though they are not the best in providing the best price but I have experienced the after sales service to be far better than the other ones.

Niice place. Lots of things to purchase like TV, Speakers, Laptops, Boombox and other stuffs. You will surely get it on cheaper price. I bought my Inspiron 7560 from here at around 62k which was originally priced around 70k. So big discount also. Loyal to customers and very honest even if you don't buy. Well i have bought other stuff from here too. It was a great place to explore. Also nearby place so easily accessible too. They also give home delivery but you should ask for terms and conditions for it, i am not sure for each and every product. I will definitely recommend you all to explore this place and buy if you are interested. Also the mall itself is much interesting so nit to worry.

Although range of gadgets is okay as per Croma standards. But staff is least knowledgeable to be aware of how a product works or its installation.

Very poor customer service. Looks like they have too many staff at the outlet and sadly none of them has customer centric approach. They charge higher than the other electronic stores around this outlet.

Oneplus SPOC Faraz is a cheat. He gave me a defective mobile phone knowingly. Firstly, he said that they're exchanging the device then very cleverly gave the same device to me with a promise that it'll get exchanged if any problem arises.
Later they took my phone for 3 days, made lame excuses and refused to exchange the phone, because apparently 'the device is fine'.

Please be careful of this person.

Greate store all in one appliance are available in Croma ADITYA mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad, staff behaviour is very good.i like all appliance jo b mene purchase Kia h going good but today I purchase 2 I phone and other product for my brother as a gift. I phone 11X pro max in golden colour.

Best after sale service in the area and moslty fair price and deal on product and there Staff Pradeep gupta was very knowledgable and helpfull.

Fake extended warranty.completely lier.unethical.demolishing name of TATA. I face two time issues.

This is my favourite electronics shopping store after online. They offer trust of Tatas and good customer service while offering range of consumer durables. Good part is that your is mailed to you along with physical copy. They professional staff give a demo of bought product before packing it back and handing it over.

Its location is also a plus but one doesn't get parking nearby instead forced to park in Mall basement and walk half a km from parking to reach store.

Few staff members are enthusiastic, while others are very dim witted and highly ineligible for their job, they don't know how to give attention to customers.

Only one billing counter very late billing services have to wait for half an hour for my turn at billing counter.very bad experience.

Buying from CROMA has always been a good experience, if you want to do an in person buying away from the online stuff. Though, they need to improve on post sales support.

Attitude of store manager at cash counter was very unfriendly. I wasn't greeted appropriately and since I was there to buy memory card for my action cam, they were treating me as a low value customer. Rest this store has variety and is good.

Croma in Indirapuram is well located, have good range of products. Staff needs training on Sales techniques and need to be more courteous. Still a very good place to buy appliances.

Nice place for buying electronic products they good variety of different brand products also they have own products from croma. My experience was oki doki as the product we were looking for was not I stock, so we made the payment and thery promise to get it delivered in 7 to 10 days at my home.
