Very bad service. After sales service is pathetic. No one response properly. Still two days over and product not delivered. Committed in one day. Only commitment doing for receiving money from customer.

Store team are not upto the mark, they are not supportive and tentative to the customer, even they lack the product information. I visited logix city center mall croma and Gaur city mall croma to buy OTG. Logix city center croma team is far better than to Gaur city mall in term of customer handling. Even in festive time they lack the customer engagement. Being a croma customer it’s feel bad to have such kind of experience.

Very bad experience. I have purchased one fridge on 11th Nov with commitment from store that same will be deliver by 12th nov. Today is 13th evening and still not deliver. One more product boat earbuds showing as delivered but not deliver. Called 5 times Croma customer care. No proper update

Very spacious, will organized store. You can take your time to shop, feel relaxed while moving around the store. They have good collection across products and the staff is also very helpful.
