Very poor service and irresponsible staff. Firstly the TV was delivered late than what was promised and then it has been 5 days, no one has come to install the TV. We have been constantly following up and they keep saying it will be installed today, and we have been waiting for 5 days straight. What a mistake to buy from this store.

Tata backed store Croma is one roof store for all electronic items from laptops to TVs, Washing Machine to Refrigerator, AC to mobiles and much more.

Big store in Aliganj area of lucknow. As the population had gone up manifold in transgomti area beyond mahanagar, all big companies are having outlet in this area. Now, no need to go to aminabad, hazaratganj for general shopping except for few specialized items. This Croma outlet is typical as it it is elsewhere in India. Fridge, TV, washing machine, mobile.gas stoves etc etc. Number of sales representatives ready to help.

Required more expertise and politeness, to handle New customer. Offer on Deepawali was not Good.

Just like any other Croma stores but yeah Staff is very supportive and best if you want to get no cost EMI

They have variety of items but you must visit other outlets and shops also because you can get same items at some more discounted price.

Nice store and good service provide by Fariya and electronics items very exclusive and good pricing for all products

Good Collection of Electronic Items and Gadgets like Smartphones, Tabs, Laptops, Earphones and Headphones. Also they sale wide range of Home and Kitchen appliances. If they don't have anything, they can order it from other stores and deliver in 2-4 days.

Showroom is on second floor and there is No lift available, so that elderly people could not visit the place easily.

It's very good experience with croma store. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Appricate its service and staff cooperation.

I think it may be a bad day for them when i visited as the ratings show otherwise what i want to write about them
1. The design of the store which is in multi level stories is not at all elder / handicapped friendly
2. It had no elevator / escalator (i was not expecting this from a Tata Group Company)
3. I was guided to the stairs for Washing Machine department which were displaying the message DOWN ONLY
This makes me understand that something was wrong with their elevator
4. I am a die hard Indian by heart. When I asked about Godrej, the salesman made such a bad face as if i had asked him something strange
5. I told him that Croma has Godrej on its website, he said the store does not have it
6. He guided me to LG & Samsung, I told him i want Indian. Again he displayed his useless face
7. All the customers who i faced while going in and all the customers i met while going out, i saw had not placed any order
8. I again say, it might be their bad day, Tatas are good people to do business with, they will surely do something better for this store
9. I personally will never like to visit this store again

1. Bought dell 14 Vostro 3401 on 27 Nov 2020 and it slowed down after 5days. Can't even support 4 application.

2.the team at Croma Aliganj was of no help (sales or after sales).

3. I don't think it's professionally right to ask for rating as soon as the customer buys a product. First provide the level of customer satisfaction and let the customer decide.

4.to quote your category manager at Croma, Aliganj Lucknow regarding the issue, the solution was to let the laptop warm up a little. Sorry but this kind of tech knowledge would not suffice or is adequate enough from a category manager hired by a Tata group company.

5.selling a sub standard device and then trying to pass on to the blame to the manufacturer only after 5days speaks volumes about the culture and behaviour of the organisation.

Highly disappointed with the whole shopping experience at Croma.

Lot of time consumed in billing and payment. People involved it are not at all serious.there is no proper coordination between sales person and billing peron.

This is a very big store and has segments for everything. With a proper arrangements of parking and is a very properly ventilated place.

Worst experience ever
I have visited this place 3 times in last 1 month and every time I have faced the same issue.
It will take 10-15 mins to find ur deal here or to choose ur product but when it comes to billing they will take almost 1hr in billing ur product. I don't understand what's the matter every time but u'll have to stand there for 1hr in getting bill of ur product.

It was a wonderful experience here. Ashish Kumar is one the best Assistant there he assisted and assured that I get best offer for me.

Experience is always good in Croma this time there was some communication gap. Which was informed to the manager Utkarsh, he was very polite, took that as feedback.

Just absolute nightmare. Staff has zero knowledge of what they are selling and what the process of billing is. Wasted my three hours of time and still couldn't create the bill. Finally I just left without buying the product. And still they act like customer is not supportive enough.

Very nice experience with Croma knowledgeable staff well managed good place for shopping especially in covid attractive offers are there service is also very good.

Laptop section didn't have any GPU above GTX 1650ti 4gb, the staff is not good with technical understanding of the product, some don't even know what is screen refresh rate.

The range of products if good but everything is not available here. But they'll provide it within 2-3 as per your demand. Heavily appliances are home delivered.

Looking for buying electronic appliances which are not overpriced go to Croma.
I used to buy stuff from reliance digital.they are so overpriced and have such a bad service.

Very good for Croma Price. But the people working there make the customer very fermented. I went to buy LG's washing machine from Croma Aliganj and brought Samsung from there, which I do not like.
