The number listed there is not attended to specially if contacted once. All the products i bought that is TV two split AC of samsung and Double door fridge are pathetic there is no service of any kind once items taken.customer care numbers of both samsung and croma do not work properly the calls get cut half way and things are not attended to.
There is no response by their team it is very frustating.thanks

It was not a pleasent experience, sales persons were not in mood to attend the customer.
Last visit experience:
Visited again Croma center this time for TV earlier was for AC. This time every sales person was ready to attend the customer so really happy with management as they taken my previous feedback seriously.

They don't even have sense to talk no dcipline fighting like a child and thik us like of product just interfering btw conversation suggestions from nowhere and judging us and power of strength bcuz we haven't dressed fancy one of most worst place ever

Very very Bad Service & No one talks to the customer with manners, everyone is useless and lazy, don't know why Croma has hired such a bad staff
