Worst service, they charged us extra money for the room.we already booked our stay from Oyo they denied our booking and asked to pay more for the room.
Room service is worst worst there is no one to help you with the room service stuff.
Worst experience.

Worst hotel. Very unprofessional staff. I booked 1 room but once I reached hotel, staff informed us that there is no room available. We reached hotel at approx 11 PM. They neither inform us nor they provide any room for us. That was a pathetic service I ever experienced. Please do not pre book on this hotel. On this hotel, first come first service policy they used, if someone booked prior also, there is no certainty to get the room. Humble request to all my friends do not prebook on this hotel if you do not want any troubles.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty.
Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad.
Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 1900/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for two hours. *ILLEAGAL PRACTICES ARE DONE OVER HERE* in midnight they make you out from the hotel by saying that they have some emergency. I DONT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL POLICE RAIDS TYPE HOTEL IS THIS WORST EXPERIENCE THEY ARE FRAUD SPECIALLY THAT FEMALE STAFF OF THE HOTEL. On booking from the oyo they said that they dont had any bookings and say the rooms are not available.after that they say if you pay 1900 they will be giving u one spare room. Dayal lodge stay is very good iam also acknowledge Manoj, Devendar and Ajay are very helpful. I Will stay always in dayal lodge.

1. No water in washroom. Wait when they will arrange water then only you can go to washroom.
2. It was there top SUITE Room.
3. Charging Plug wasn't working.
4. All they know property owner will come on a call with OYO person and deny all blames.

Will share my honest review! We booked all 15 rooms for 2 days.paid around 60k for that. So expected some good experience.

Most of the 5 Star reviews are FAKE.as you will see most of them are given on around same day (may be by their knowns friends or paid reviews whatever) - just see the pattern. You will see a stream of 1 star reviews then suddenly stream of 5 star reviews.fishy!

Location is good. Close to Bhagwan talkies. Many useful shops, transporation and eateries are nearby.

Staff/Owner:
Lady owner (does not look like owner) lives within the Lodge.
No Hospitality.
She does not know how to treat the guests. Keeps yelling for no reason.

We booked 15 rooms for two days. They gave one of our room (Room 112) to another party without our knowledge. When I asked about the Guest details - The LADY and the manager just created the SCENE and did not provided any details.

About Rooms and Service:
Rooms are Ok. You get what you pay for.
Bedsheets, Towels, Pillows are very old but clean.
️ Rooms feels very dark. Dull energy.
️ Ground floor rooms are old.
They charge you for Water. Complimentary water is only for one day even if you have booked for more than one day. They will charge you from next day. They will tell you that RO is not functional and you need to pay for water bottle (Rs 26 for Rs 20 bottle)

Suggestion to OWNER - Please IMPROVE your BEHAVIOUR with your guests. It will give them PLEASANT experience and in return you will also blossom.

Location and ambience good, nature of staff very good and humble. Food is really good and fresh made.
Requires some improvement in better sheets, blankets and room lighting.
Otherwise good experience at cheap price.

We book our room through oyo but they don't provide us that room and give as a so random room with was gross we have to wait for more than 30min to get another room still it was not are booked room but a little better than the previous one they show us.

Staying at this humble lodge for last 20 years I suppose. Always my preference during my visit to Agra. I have seen this hotel grow to a might.

Got ₹ 238 discount. Final price ₹950.
At rhe time of check in manager said how did you got the room at this price our room cost is ₹1600. So he called her lady owner and then they both were doing something on the tab and suddenly after that they said its showing your booking has been cancelled and I was already on the call with oyo and they told me that the manager has cancelled the booking. And the manager and owner were saying oyo did this. I experienced this second time earlier also the manager and the owner cancelled the booking deliberately. The offer price which we get they dont like it so they do something on their tab and cancelled the booking.
And the lady owner was very rude while talking. I even asked her that I am booking it again they said no we dont have rooms (lie) the way she said this was very very rude and disrespectful.
Never hooking it again.

When i was reached to hotel they had asked me for extra money around 1000 that is unacceptable but I'm with my wife. And it was too late to find any other property but this is so unprofessional. I'm disappointed with the hotel and oyo app i want to call any oyo asistant but it was not available. And they had given 5 star rating unknowly they have taken my phone and did it. Completely unprofessional behaviour of staff. If you booked by oyo then they will definitely take extra rs 500 minimum. No matter how much you called to oyo customer care.

Rooms are no as good as shown in images and walls have moisture and smell of this in all over room.

Lots of noises of construction and disturbance.

Pathetic. AC was not working. Room was smelly. Asked extra money. This is a Dharamshala kind of concept. Not recommended.

Rooms are quite comfy, & the service is also decent. Hotel is at very good location (near Bhagwan talkies crossing). There is an easy access to market, public transport, etc. And even a police station is there nearly at 100 m.

7 Aug. 2022: -Don't stay here they produce fake bills and force customers to pay at the time of checkout such a harassment for the customers, very poor service does not provide wifi nor recharged there tv set top box, food is also very expensive and rooms are also not so good for which they charge so much.

Very bad experience, the service was awful. We ordered food for 2, they didn't even give us the extra plates to eat on. They don't have enough staff. The room is very small.

I used to go there but there service is pathetic and their food is worst I booked it from go ibibo which has complementary breakfast and what they provided first they said u have to eat poori bhaji paratha will take time I said take your time then after 1 Hours they send poori bhaji and said this is only available (yehi milega complementary main). Poor staff no response from reception I will never come here again.

Hotel was good
But the facilities like toiletries were minimal.like only soap provided in the Bathroom. I booked the hotel through booking.com and it mentioned hot water kettle and tea bags, dairy whitener/ coffee machine in the room
But everything was missing.
Trash can was full but no housekeeping staff came to pick/dispose it.
I spoke to Mr Dhir the owner, he sounded cooperative.and said he would work on the feedback

Worst hotel i have ever come across. They should first learn how to behave and talk like a human including their property owner. I had asked to cancel the stay right after checking the room and in return they threatened me for my life and used inappropriate words forget about the money paid.

I booked this hotel from OYO. During check-in they asked for payment and I was planning to pay to OYO directly. They were forcing me to pay to them and not to OYO. So I decided not to check-in. Then, All the staff gathered around me and forced me to cancel my booking before leaving the hotel. The manager touched me during the conversation. This was the worst experience I had ever.
I complained to OYO but I don't think they will take any action against hotel.

They were providing me the room that was not even close to what they advertise on OYO app. Don't set your expectations high by seeing the advertisement.

Now a days.this has become the habit of hotels to use OYO as a medium to reach out to the end customers. When you reach hotel then they want to offer you direct booking to avoid the OYO commission.

This is best Hotel or place to live in Dayal bagh compared to any other hotels or lodges.

So I have trying to search for Hotel in Dayal bagh area online. Sometimes it gets dicy to select hotels online when you are travelling with huge group and families.

I visited this hotel for marriage of some relatives and this place was blessing in disguise.

There are many other hotels in area but this is best as I had my stay in those other hotels before which were not up to the mark.

It is situated in Market place so shopping is easy.
There are many sweet shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff is courteous and polite. Food is very nice. We tried their food and set different benchmark altogether when compared to food in nearby restaurants.

The location is secured. As far as rooms are concerned they are well maintained and even toilets are clean. They have camp fire if you are interested in it. They have trampoline for children and lots of space to live around.

They are expanding and undergoing renovations in adjacent building.

I can recommend to stay here if you are travelling with family, children, wife or friends.

Very Poor Experience in this hotel.
Rooms were very dirty and smelly. Bedsheets were not clean. There was no hot water. Staff was very rude and not at all helpful.
The manager over there was very rude and refused to take any responsibility for hot water or having our rooms cleaned.
I asked the restaurant guy to bring something to my room and he told me to go get it myself!
They told about a lot of perks on call while booking the rooms but nothing was there when we stayed there.
Dont even think about booking a room here. Very bad place to stay.

Flush not working. No door mats or bath room mats. Power sockets are burned.

Finest Rooms, near to the center of city and best part is that the food is really amazing specially indian and drinks.

Over priced, poorly maintained, arrogant staff. I booked and made complete payment 20 days in advance. But when I reached, they told me I have 99rs payment left to be paid. I did not opt for breakfast but for some reason oyo system included it in and showed it as pending. I told it is a glitch and if it still showed at the time of checkout I would pay it. The arrogant staff denied me check in and said I should go away if I do not make payment. I paid them through UPI. In the evening of the same day I got call from customer service stating that due to error I was charged extra and I will receive a refund. Screenshot attached. The rooms are very poorly maintained. No ac remote. Geyser is installed but not connected. Mold and fungus on walls. No switch to turn off lights at night. The door after being locked and can be opened from outside. Taps are so jammed I had to use both the hands to turn it on. I called reception in the night, to ask about light switch, through intercom, nobody picked up even after 3 times and not even called back. After checkout they insisted on rating them 5 stars. Mind you, all this for the price of 1500 per day/night. Since I had an exam near the area and all other hotels were booked in the last minute, I had to manage for a night. Would never recommend it to anyone even for 500rs. Very cheap service. All the other ratings are probably misleads.

PATHETIC HOTEL, POOR SERVICE. Even after asking them for services, they dont provide any. No BILLS provided even after taking full payment at a one go and that too in advance. No A/C remote.

Their receptionist "Mr. Manoj" is a pathetic guy. After all this when we asked for a complaint book they dont have any in their so called "LODGE".

Cheap Hotel!

Good stay it was first stay. Property is now old need to repair. Receptionist was very casual. Food price are ok. Overall ok.

Stayed here for a week. Very good place in a prime location. Staff were really good. Food served was great. Manager Mamatha was a friendly lady and food was served really fast. Room was big with a refrigerator in it. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

Everything was really well. Nice rooms and parking But water not available on nights had to go to washroom using mineral water that really ruined the experience No one responded on reception number.

My stay at Dayal Hotel was comfortable and peaceful like a home in last winter. I stayed there for a month in a first room, ground floor. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service 24x7. The menu has a great variety of food choices. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Owner, Amol is a very helpful, humble and friendly entrepreneur. The hotel is located near highway at prime part of the city and there are lot of public transport facilities.very safe for single and families.

I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

This Oyo Capital O - 10953 - Dayal Lodge Property is too old, rooms are too compact and lighting is quite low and only yellow in color. Staff is extremely lazy and incapable. No lady can get ready for marriage in the room, they would have to use mobile flash lights or torch lights to check the makeup.

Lastly and most importantly, the lady there is just tooo oversmart, she without your consent would rate herself from your mobile. She would pretend to check something regarding the booking and create some nuisance and later end up Rating herself 5 stars without even asking you.

Such cunning people and their services should be boycotted.

People reading this review should take it seriously. Unity is the best possible and the bestest teacher. People who do bad practices just to mint some extra money or rapport should be taught lessons, otherwise you only would say that this world has gone bad.

The place is easy to locate and very near to Bhagwaan Talkies. The location is easily accessible for those who are visiting Dayalbagh. Room has a nice decor. I exactly want to give it 3.5 stars because of the front office and support staff. Hospitality is one area where they need improvement

The place has goons for staff.

The room allotted after check-in had a blood-stained bedsheet. Housekeeping staff resorted to a physical altercation after we asked for a new room and I had to call the police for my safety. On complaining it to administrative staff on the front desk, the cited right to admission and asked us to vacate the property.

In the end, I got my refund as I booked through an online agent but I'm surprised how this place is still in business. Reviews on TripAdvisor are misleading, most verified reviews on other online booking site tell the same tale about the staff.

In one word 'WORST' hotel.

I Booked Hotel Dayal Lodge through Oyo (Booking No. OUQW7925). I was denied the room at the time of arrival because the tariff on which I booked the Hotel via Oyo was too low and the Lady clearly told me she can not give me room at that rate even I had confirmation from Oyo. The behavior of that Lady and their staff was PATHETIC you can not even imagine that this type of people are working in Service industry.

Basically they don't even have manners to talk to their customer. Basically they are cheaters.
When I requested them for early check-in, they asked me to cancel my current booking and upgrade the booking for higher tariff then only they will give me the rooms. I had left with no other option but to leave the hotel with my family for searching another hotel.

On top of that I did not receive any help from OYO, infect I lodge a complain on OYO Assist and without my knowledge they mentioned Issue resolved on my complain.

So I would suggest avoid Hotel Dayal Lodge and booking through OYO.

The place is very well built and the ambience of the place is awesome in comparison to other stays. And the best part is it is situated on the main main road and its easily accessible with public transport too.

Taj mahal is 12 kms from the lodge and ISBT is 1.3 km.
SRK mall and Ashok cosmos mall are also nearby for shopping and watching movies.
Sanjay place is also nearby the lodge.
Very good hotel if u get the deal in less than Rs. 1000.

Very nice place to stay in Agra. Our room was on the ground floor. Very neat and tidy. Good option if one is looking for a budget Hotel.

Rooms are not Good, no spacious, rooms are in triangle shapes, room rent is so much hike and no any room service was available, There are not any Driver room facilities.

Me and my Husband visited Agra recently and stayed at this place. We have family in Agra but we wanted to be little bit more comfortable. We were very happy that we made this choice.
Mamta made all the arrangements for us. We just loved everything about this place. She wanted to make sure we are comfortable and we got everything we need.
Room was very nice and we loved the decor. Even the entrance and the reception areas were very welcoming and beautiful.
Food was very fresh and yummy. They even asked me if I wanted anything special.
I am not s very big fan of vegetarian food but this place changed my thinking.
I highly recommend this place. Talk to Mamta for any special arrangements if needed. She will do whatever it takes to take good care of you and make your stay memorable.

DO NOT BOOK. I Repeat, do not book. My relatives stayed at Dayal Lodge recently. Feedback is very poor. Staff do not know that how to deal with customers rather they use abusive language. They do not have sence of hotel industry.

In the month of May I stayed in Dayal lodge, my experience was terrible and pathetic. Service is horrible, no attendant is there. Staff does not know how to deal with the guests. It’s a fake business trying to scam and fool people. Food quantity is not below average

It was really so much comfortable to stay and behaviour of Staff was also so much nice the amenities and services provided by them are so well.
