Worst experience ever.
The doctor was unprofessional rude and doesnt make pregnant female comfortable while doing USG. Doctor/ technician doing USG inside chamber name Dr Swinky Rastogi.
Even the reporting is incorrect as told by the gynaecologist. Gestation period mentioned incorrectly so have to repeat the USG from other place. Will never recommend.

There is a good diagnostic center. All the machines are upgraded. The staff is very nice and friendly. Treats them like family. Prices are also affordable.

I as of late visited a symptomatic focus, and I should say that my experience was magnificent. The staff was incredibly proficient, learned, and gracious. From the second I strolled in, I felt invited and in capable hands.

The actual office was spotless, very much kept up with, and outfitted with the most recent innovation. The symptomatic methodology were directed productively and with extraordinary scrupulousness. Generally speaking I was dazzled with exclusive requirement of care.

Great service and grievance redressal

(This is an updated review, as per my own experiences. My family and I have been visiting Deewan Diagnostics for years now, I highly recommend them without hesitation.)

First of all I would like to thank Mr. Vijay, the Operations Manager at Deewan Diagnostics, for his commendable resolution of a difficult situation. He handled it very professionally and warmly. I would like to thank him for reinstating my confidence in their service.

Next, about the test experience itself: my father who is 70+ years old got a TMT (Treadmill test) done. Given the nature of the test, it can be quite stressful (especially for senior citizens), so my priority was that the test goes as smoothly as possible. The cardiologist and the staff in attendance ensured that my father is comfortable. A big thank you to them as well.

I go for a chest xray on deewan diagnostic, they were charging 400 rs i told them its so expensive staff said no sir hmara yhi rate h.then i go to HOD patel nagar they did same xray in just 250 rs.so much difference.

The place was dirty. Not good place staff behaviour was not good.

Last time when I visited it happened
Sure Bill no is 27683. If you want i can share the bill copy also. I didn't posted anything.
But it repeatedly happened so i posted when my friend reached and nobody cared about his problem.

Service is fast but centre is not able to provide the soft copy of the ultrasound despite of the fact they are charging heavily for this facility.
Moreover centre staff is very comfortably saying the click the photo of the print and use it, their high value machines are not connected to computer and internet

The Lab facilities and people who work here are really good. Being a pilot, i got all my medical tests done from here, the lab is NABL accredited and the the staff helped me a lot. I got all the tests done under a single roof.

Great service with very polite attitude and reporting is also nice even x rays are also done with very fast reporting. I give full marks from my side

Went for an MRI.
Everything was great and the report was shared on the same day.

Located at a very strategic location in Ghaziabad near Shaheed Sthal besides the Metro, on the Meerut Road intersection.

The Diagnostic services are well performed. An MRI Costs 6000 here but if Doctors write for a discount, they do consider them.

Also, the people at reception are well versed with their work. They also accept Card Payments. Timings there are 10am to 8pm.

Best diagnostics centre in ghaziabad the staff is well behaved and centre is equipped with latest machinery. Dr Vijay Sharma is really nice person very polite and caring in nature

It was a very bad experience this time on the day the test was conducted, it was said that the report would be uploaded on the website in the evening on the same day. But not done many times contacted on helpline number but no solution was found and worse thing is that Even after calling on the complaint number, no one talks to you properly, they talk as if they have done you a big favor by doing your test. This type of services does not keep the future of any organization good, I request you to improve your services. The organization is not bad, only the employees working in it make it good and bad.

Very very bad beviaour by staff and operation manger both r very very rude and unprofessional I just want to talk with owner but I m not in that condition that day.

Deewan diagnostic is the best lab in Ghaziabad and nearby areas. The entire staff under the management of Dr Vijay Sharma is very humble and helpful. Reports are given on time and they understand the time and need of the patients.

Very poor management. Untrained and unprofessional staff. They treat patients as their slave who will wait for hours without proper update on when doctor will arrive. I don't know if doctors know about this or not but seriously a very bad experience with staff

I have had a very comfortable and wonderful experience and would highly recommend to everyone at least have a visit and decide yourself. Moreover, prices are very reasonable compared to other diagnostic labs. Nice service helpful staff cooperative management. Listen your word if you ask for discount they are giving which I have not seen in other diagnosis centre personally recommended to avail services at their centre to my friends and my other family members. Excellent staff and quick response on the services. Seen by Dr. Anil Tyagi for USG and OPG, proficiently explained the problem and provided further recommendation.

This centre even has female staff for female patients which is really helpful and comfortable. I must say that they offer painless blood collection and were very helpful during the severe covid times too. I had undergone few tests due to my bad health and realised that this is the best place to be diagnosed by professionals. Lab technicians are very skilled and they keep interacting with patient to divert them from the procedure happening. The best part is that they provide reports online and on your registered mobile number the very same day which actually saves a lot of time. Medical equipments are up to date plus the tests conducted and advice offered are very accurate and helpful.

Visited the center for Annual Medical Checkup. Satisfied with services and hospitality provided by center. Labroatory staff, management staff and support staff are very sopportive and co-operative.
Cost is also very much affordable and fare with respect to services provided

Neat and clean place, trained professional staff Report given time are to late Management should work on how to handle such huge numbers of patients. I Suggest to increase staff and sources accordingly.

I m satisfied with the HSG test done here. Staffs n Doctor were very polite.report were given within 10-15
mins after the test done.

Unprofessional Staff. Ultrasound has done in 9.20 am. Report given time are to late. They said the typist not came. Unprofessional behaviour.

Feed back to fast after the rewiew and I am satisfied with the services now.

Not a good experience. Appointment of 2PM kept shifting and finally Echo done at 4: 30PM. Bad experience with Dr. Anurag Agrawal who performed the Echo. He performed the Echo in a rush, avoided questions, and didn't want to explain anything. Whatever you ask, he gives a diplomatic answer like a politician. Just a waste of time and money. Avoid this doctor if you go there.

The environment is very hospitable. Each individual is handled with care and proper undivided attention.

Worst experience with ultrasound doctor. She was very very pathetic and irritated. May be because of her personal chaos but she put it on her patient. She must be knowing how to behave professional.

Went for Barium Swallow Test. It was fast, and the report was out in just 3 hours. Dr.was at hand to help explain the report as well.

Best Diagnostic center in Ghaziabad and equipped with the latest diagnostic machines and all the staff members are well qualified and very cooperative with patients.

Staff is totally unprofessional and even worse than a govt.center.

No coordination among the staff, noone to assist at the lab reception, no one to guide the patients about social distancing and hygiene maintenance. Some of the staff were not wearing mask. Afraid now, how can you trust a lab like this:)
We were called for the test between 3-4 pm but reaching there, no technician was available. The x ray was done but we were told that report will be given tomorrow while everywhere it is given within 30 mns of test done.
The patient health is at his own stake. If you are concerned of your health, Please don't go there. Corono le ke definitely aaogai.

With due respect I wanted to bring it to your notice about the safety and hygiene measures are being taken at your lab. I will reply to your 4 points mentioned but the purpose of bringing it is useless until you take this as a feedback.
1. You might be adhering to the government guidelines and doing a daily check but each of the staff has to ask this question to oneself that is it not their duty to wear a mask, maintain/ get follow the social distancing and also provide strict instructions to the patients.the staff are from the medical background and they know what harm covid could do if they become lenient. They have to be proactive always and do follow this as a daily habit without being asked to do so or a daily check by the supervisors.
2. I understand about the staff crunch but
this would not be an excuse because covid will not understand about the staff shortage. It is contagious and could harm the entire staff and the patients.
3. We entered the gate a guard room was there in which one guard was sitting but he has asked no question to us, we entered the reception area where billing was being made we sat their for 4-5 mins and waited till the other patients get dispersed. We asked the gentleman at the counter about the tests, he then told us that we need to go the first room to get yourself screened. At the screening counter we waited outside because there was already one patient inside, after the patient came out, we 2 people entered and being screened with thermal scanner and oximeter. There we were provided the shoe covers. We were already wearing the masks so no point of providing us the masks. They did their duty but the point is there was no one to guide us/the patients that before entering at the billing counter or the lab in the basement medical screening is first thing one need to make and also provide the directions for the screening room. By the time a patient entered the billing counter he/she might have brought the virus in. The patient after the completion of test did not know what they had to do with the shoe covers some of the patients wore them and left for their home, some thrown at the gate and some disposed in the dustbin. I hope you got my point.
4. As for the patient privacy is concerned, we have followed the privacy act. De-identified information is not considered to be ‘personal information’ under the Privacy Act. An image can be de-identified by removing any information that might allow the individual to be identified, including rare characteristics or a combination of unique characteristics. This might include facial features and other distinctive physical details like a rare visible medical condition, physical marking or tattoo.
We have blurred the faces and here they are wearing masks so facial identification is already hidden. The purpose of clicking blurred faces was to not disclose anyone's identity or facial characteristics. I hope the picture is significant evidence of breaking the rule of social distancing. Here staff responsibility is to get this followed.
My motive is to provide you a firsthand correct picture of the lab, now I look at you to take this positively. We all want to look at solutions and not the problems. Hope this will be taken positively.

एक एक्स्ट्रा करने में 3 घंटे टाइम लगा दिया दीवान डायग्नोस्टिक ने और एक बड़ा सीन भी हो हमारे साथ हम वहां पहुंचे नंबर लगाया रिसेप्शन बोला 1 घंटा वेट करो एक घंटा पूरा हो गया हमने फिर पूछा कितना टाइम लगेगा उन्होंने बोला एक घंटा और लगेगा 2 घंटे हो गए उसके बाद भी बोलते हैं अभी और टाइम लगेगा हमारे साथ छोटा बच्चा था 2 साल का पैर में चोट लगी थी फैक्चर आया था उसे वहां पर भूखा पेट लेकर बैठे रहे वह टाइम बढ़ाते रहें फिर हमने उसे डांटा भी तो वह बोलते हैं सर आप शाम को आ जाइए 5: 00 बजे आपको तुरंत हो जाएगा यह क्या बात होती है आप लोग बताइए 5: 00 बजे हम गए एक्स्ट्रा कर दिया रिपोर्ट पर भी नहीं दी बोलते हैं डॉक्टर चले गए वे जब एक्स्ट्रा खींच लिया फिल्म रिपोर्ट में तुरंत बनानी थी डॉक्टर तो होगा या डॉक्टर के एक्स्ट्रा कर दिया रिपोर्ट नहीं दिया टोटली बेड सर्विस

My mother waited for an hour for an urgent ultrasound then they told doctor is not coming bad management they don't even know whether Dr is coming or not n we had not option @ 6: 30 to go another diagnostic center really bad
