I experienced ignorance here.
I had loose hinge of my Dell G3,
Staff examined this as broken hinge and told me that broken hinge is not covered under extended warranty, so you have to pay charges of ₹8000. When I contacted Dell support they told extended warranty covers this. Dell support sent their technician. And that technician performed his job better than them that to charge-free.
