The best thing here is customer service. Very patient, helpful and informative. Gave good advice too, no forceful upselling or anything. The place has all the best models dell has to offer.

In store person very rude. Yeah you have to pay advanced money to place an order here and if you want to cancel a order your money paid in advance will not be refunded.

Poor experience.in fact they scammed me.

I ordered a laptop there price was 37000 Rs.they asked me to pay advanced money of 1000 as a customer security deposit.i don't know why no where in any policy.
Then I found the same laptop at 35990 on reliance digtal store. I decided to cancel the order and asked them to refund my deposit.and i would rather purchase from reliance store at a cheaper price. They said they will not refund the money and threaten me to do whatever i could. The man was a 170 c.m fair colored.his name was S. REHMAN. I recorded entire incident in my phone but he verbally misbehaved and compelled me to delete the recording. All 3 hours long argument went up in trash and i was helpless and scared by the man and have to purchase the laptop at a costlier price leading to a loss of 500 Rs.

Pls dont visit there if for your sake of goodness.
Laptop was Asus vivobook 15 i3 11th gen 512gb ssd with MSO 2021.

Very bad experience. My laptop had 15.6 inch LED display and its resolution 1920×1080 was Full HD️. And they put a display of a different model in its place, whose resolution LCD 1280×720 only HD which is completely different, I think laptop repairer has no knowledge. And on checking the display of the laptop online which he has installed, its price is Rs 3500, which he has charged Rs 6500, From this it is known that there is also fraud in the name of the original.

और लैपटॉप बनाने वाले के पास कोई ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है, उनको LED और LCD DISPLAY में अंतर नहीं पता है,

और उन्हें तो resolution से भी फर्क नही पड़ता की laptop में पहले से किस resolition का display लगा था,

जबकि मैने उनको अपने लैपटॉप के display की सारी जानकारी उनसे बता दिया था
