Dey’s Diagnostics Best Radiology Diagnostic and Ultrasound Centre in Kanpur

Extremely unreliable. Had taken prior appointment for usg one day in advance by paying full amount. It was told by them that sharp 1100 hrs, the USG starts but after reaching in clinic by around 1030 hrs, the Radiologist didn't turn up till 1200 hrs. Upon asking the staff, they kept on increasing time by 5 minutes. Don't go this Dey's Diagnostic, Go somewhere else. Wasted my entire day.

The worst diagnostic centre.uneducated staffs with having no knowledge of anything.one X-ray they haven't sone properly dr. Self suggests again. From elsewhere.worst experience.will never suggest to go their

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

We went for a Left eye orbit CT SCAN, but they told us we have to go with complete Brain CT SCAN & it will cost 2200/-
If they found any issue only then they will go for orbit CT SCAN it will cost 800/- extra.
It was an emergency so we go with it.
But already cross checked with other reputed diagnostic centre only Eye orbit CT SCAN charge
around 1200/-

Best Diagnostic center in LAL Bangla kanpur in my experience.
Very experienced Dr. (Specially Dr. Aditi) and friendly supporting Staff and Receptionist Staff.
I suggest to all must visit for best diagnosis.

Visited for my upper abdomen USG. It was done by Doctor. Very humble and soft spoken staff, good professional explained very satisfactorily. A satisfying experience. The staff is also very polite. Well kept hygienically. Suggest if they could install some soft music for the waiting area lobby to keep the patients calm. Keep up the good work. God Speed.

The staff are very responsive and courteous. The doctor made sure the scan was done quickly and report given immediately.

I had taken hsg test and the service was very good, staff are very much co-operative. I am very much happy with the service.thank you team.

बिल्कुल बेकार । या तो इक्विपमेंट्स बेकार हैं या डॉक्टर । तीन बार का अनुभव है मेरा, बड़े या छोटे बच्चे दोनों मामलों में । इनके यहाँ की अल्ट्रासाउंड व यूरिन रिपोर्ट में सब नार्मल था, कई दिन तक इनके इलाज से आराम न मिलने पर दूसरी जगह जाना पड़ा तब मर्ज पकड़ आया ।

Prompt service of wheelchair and stretcher for patients, helpful compassionate staff, on time delivery of report. On-road location, car drive, parking slope available. OPG etc

Very good staff, they consider the emergency situation and provide support accordingly. We went for CT scan and were provided immediate support and help. All staff is very cooperative and well behaved and reporting timing is very quick overall my experience in Dey's diagnostics is outstanding.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the reception, specially one lady who said to us “aap ab aa rahe hain! ” When we were clearly within the specified time frame. Much training in public dealing is required. Also one nurse inside the ultrasound room, has an extremely rude and rustic kind of behaviour! Hope good sense can prevail soon.

Very poor service.if you come in emergency then they do all the formalities properly because no patient no work.what to do then so they used to ask the patient more than 30min and fill the form properly like i am going to appear in a exam.no doctor no radiologist none except the receptionist and their colleagues.seriously

I took my wife for preganancy ultrasound and I was very happy with the services provided at deys diagnostics.
Few points which I would like to mention:
1) ultrasounds are done by female radiologist.
2) centre is very neat n clean
3) highly efficient and coopertive staff.
4) reports are given within 10mins.
