Doctors are good. Nursing staff is very very very irresponsible & careless, too much lazy. Ring the emergency bell and called 6 to 8 times manully still nobody came. Very unprofessional. Need to give multiple reminders for medicines and food for admitted paitient. Really so disgusting.

I visited this place whenever I was a consultant with Dr. Vinod Arora for my father.

Management is not good as they don't properly explain the surgery cost to the patient and attendant before surgery. Person in charge should focus on proper pre-op and post-op counselling. Doctors are very good in city.

The hospital is situated on Alvi road, Saket. There are two medicine shops outside and one is within the hospital boundaries. The hospital is not that clean, but the ICU'S are very clean. The hospital had enough sitting space. The doctors are strict but trust me they are very good doctors. Doctor vinod Arora was treating our family member, he knew what he was doing and is a trustworthy, well reputed doctor.and will treat the patient well. Their other staff like nurses are not that responsible, one has to keep them in accountable. A security guard is at the door.
