DhobiLite Dry-Cleaning & Laundry

My US Polo jacket logo has been removed and scratched up by dry clean I am quite disappointed with that.

They have ruined my Zari Saree, Sweater (changed the colour from cream to peach) and also my carpet (expensive one) on different occassion. Please be very careful before handing your valuable things to them.

Its a good experience with dhobilite.since last 1 month i am using this service by dhobilite and i like it.

Ruined my Suit, white shirt (dry clean).
Faded my new super dark ucb black jeans and shirt (wash and fold). On multiple complaints the manager Vishnu Sarkar said he can either die my jeans or maybe do something. I said no to die and then he said he will get the clothes picked up and checked anyways that was 3 days ago.

Please use local shops to get your clothes cleaned they have way better service than them.

Only use if your clothes are not valuable at all!
Dhobi Lite is the worst cleaning service you can think of. They already say in their terms that clothes can go missing but that the whole order goes missing is insane!
I gave my Saree, and 3 more pieces. On the day we gave the clothes away we asked and made sure that the Saree will be cleaned before we would leave town for a wedding. They assured me clothes will come in time. The day before we called to remember them that I need my clothes back the next day. On the day the clothes were assigned to be back. They didn’t come. The customer service said it’s not ready they can’t help. The assigned person said he will come to deliver in the next hour. Nobody came, afterwards he didn’t pick up the phone anymore.

Next day I called again. The customer service told me the clothes will be delivered today. (One day late) I came all the way from Delhi back to Noida only to collect my Saree. (Paid a cab only for that) Again, nobody came to deliver clothes again. The guy didn’t pick up the phone anymore. Two days after the clothes were supposed to get delivered I left for the wedding without my clothes! I even asked the customer service 5 times to please give me my clothes back, even dirty. No one could tell me where my clothes are and I couldn’t even pick them up. Terrible service!

Worst, tell them to laundry they make a bill of drycleaning and let you know that now you have to pay for drycleaning

Absolutely worst.if I could rate them in negative.don't ever go for them. I had given my double bed blanket which was firstly delivered after multiple follow ups which went past 1 month from delivery date and then when checked found it was burned.they even didn't care to inform the damage and very smartly packed it hiding the damage. Not at all professional

Very poor service.they don't deliver your stuff on time.and they don't inform u as well.never send my clothes there again.unprofessional

I used to be a long time customer, repeatedly received bad service so leaving a review now when my clothes were missing and the ones I received weren't even washed just packed. Their quality has decreased significantly for the past year or so, hoping they pick up the old pace and quality assurance again.

They claim to be the best in the business but my experience is worst with them so far.

Every time either they get other peoples clothes to my house or loose mine somewhere. Even after repeated complaints on there app and via call, i have not received a single call from them to resolve my issues.
Service delivery takes forever to deliver clothes and mostly the clothes are wet when delivered.

Use DhobiLite at your risk.

I choose this app based on reviews. But the experience is horrible, costly, bad app and non-professional. Pickup was not done on the scheduled day. I called the rider once he did not show up, he told me, I am too far away, i can not come.then I called main number, I was told sorry, we shall pick up next day. They told they have only 1 rider and he was far away. What a lame excuse. Next day, he came 1.5 hours late. Now for delivery, the app show date of 17 March, but no delivery. Then it changed to 18 and still no delivery, payment was already done. Then i went to shop, I was promised delivery on 19. No delivery on 19.then I called main number, I was told that rider is sick, delivery postponed to next day. As if there is only 1 rider. He raised a complain but there is no help with that. He shall complain to PMO now to get help. When I pushed hard and told that I saw 2 guys in shop, why can't they deliver, he was just saying sorry and pushing the delivery to next day. As there there is no commitment of the dates for them. Both for pick up and delivery, they simply postponed it by a day as if it is most trivial thing. Even SMS come after calling the main number. Before that, they don't send any sms also. Don't use it.
