It seems only large appliances are taken care. Trimmers and other small devices are non serviceable items as understood from staff. Philips should think about providing services to small customers also.

Poor service. No timely resolution of problem and charges extra money every time for even small Repair. Donot choose this service centre rather choose a trustworthy brand. Pathetic

Very cooperative.
Unlike any other service centre, here the experience was much much better. Since there was no repair required (only minor cleaning problem) in my machine, so they didn't charge anything from me, which is unusual now a days.

This place is authorised Philips service centre for electrical appliances only. Received prompt service from the trained technician.
