Divine Hospital bis the best hospital house of there staff are very talented about health care, and Dr Ambukeswer sir is my favourite docter but other all are very serious about the critical patient.there facilities are very good, very counsious about risk of infection. My opinion is only divine for further treatment or diagnosis of the patient.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Docter were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Docter took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the nurse's staff has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

Doctors are very good but bad mangement.start opd in new building no proper information got from reception. Coming with patient at 11: 30am & meeting with doctor after 6pm. Saying pathology report will given in 2 to 3 hr, but actually comes after 4: 10 hr. Very bad experience.

We had v good experience at the hospital so far. My father was admitted in emergency due to pain in the chest. He went thru total laryngectomy in 2005. We were little worried about treatment but nursing staff, Dr Ambukeshwar etc everybody is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Treatment is still underway but we are happy with the diagnosis and treatment so far. Only word of advice is the cleanliness mostly around reception area.in my opinion, some ppl sleep in the night at reception area hence requires some extra cleaning. Icu staff is super cooperative.

Visited Divine heart hospital OPD for my mother's treatment.

Because of the rush at OPD, the registration procedure was taking a long time and the male staff sitting at registration counter were completely ignorant about the procedures and formalities for the new as well as existing patients.

They were taking a lot of time. My request is that the hospital must provide adequate training to these male staff at registration counter.

There is one Ms. Shivani Tewari who was continuously trying in a highly professional manner to help the male staff in getting the work done in minimum time.

She also helped in my mother's Registration procedure, else it would have easily taken half an hour more. She assisted us in taking my mother to the Doctor's cabin.

We were extremely satisfied with the way Ms Shivani Tewari helped us. Must say that she is a thorough professional and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her work.

Because of her assistance not only we saved our time but my mother felt extremely ease and satisfaction.

The doctor too attended her promptly and gave medicine with which she is recovering.

It's truly a divine hospital. Emergency ward is excellent at it's work. My mother -in-law got a new life here. May god bless the doctors and the hospital.

I must say one of the best Hospital for heart related cases. Dr. Ambukeshwar is at its best. Had a great experience there. Staff is nice. I can proudly say that if we leave infrastructure part, Devine heart beats all big hospitals like medanta in terms of care and nursing. Doctors do not hold patents for long as seen often very good treatment. Kudos to the staff and team of Devine. TPA facility is indeed awesome and swift.

This hospital is really very nice for open heart bypass surgery. MY father Mr. SHYAM JI SRIVASTAVA was admitted for 15 days. Operation was done on 8th April 2022. He was given excellent care by doctors and staff. One of the lady counsellor Akansha Gupta looked after my father very well like her own child. I am very much thankful to her as in these modern times its hard to find such person. Also all the doctors are very highly qualified. They are not money minded at all. All this makes this hospital different from others. Thanks to this hospital and staff. We are greatful to them.

When every hospital rejected the admission during the covid 19 second wave, divine was the only hospital to take admission of my father even it was not the covid hospital at that time. CT- scan score was 17/25.70% lungs were affected and detected with pneumonia with 82 Spo2 level. Hospital provided the best treatment and service. I was being updated of the health status. Staff was co-operative and even during those toughest times they stood up even during the nights. I was scared of the situation of lucknow at that time but after 4 days of continous oxygen and treatment my father health started recovering & got discharged. I'm very thankful of divine heart hospital and the doctors. Big salute! Trust me if you are at divine hospital.you are at the right place for treatment. Highly recommeded hospital!

Not a great fan of this hospital irrespective all 5 star review I read about it. We lost two family members and for me it's like you have a one way entry and you are not going to come back. Well, we can call it a destiny and push it below the carpet but they did nothing to give us confidence that our loved ones are ins afe hands. That's my personal opinion.

Hospital and Doctor is good but overall system is very Bad. No proper tracking your file movement.

Very bad situation. I came for a covid test they asked us to come by 5 and said it will get done by 5: 30 but even after 7 o clock noboday came to do testing and they very conveniently said you can take your money back after waisting almost 2.5 hrs.which is so unprofessional even after charging 900/- for test. I guess government hospitals are more faster than them. They are deliberately making us stay long in such environment which is so unsafe so that we definitely catch it.

In Lucknow, I think this is better hospital instead of other specially for heart related problem. My review is based on amount and staff hospitality. My brother is admitted due to heart attack and he is discharged within 3 days with better health. I want to mention one more service that is canteen that have good taste and hygienic food.

My father is 67 years old retired person. He had heart attack on 28/9/20. Admitted in
Divine Heart Hospital Emergency at 2338 hrs on 28/9/20 as per advice of our family doctor.
Divine emergency started treatment immediately.
Divine took my father swab for corona on 29/9/20 evening & informed that Angiography & further
treatment would be started on 30/9/20 an after receipt of Corona test result.
Got angiography, angioplasty on 30/9/20 and Today as my father leave for our home.
We move with utmost satisfaction happiness and with a sense of gratitude.

The hospital is very good all the staff is excillent and cairing of patint is awsome

Please make sure of the charges before admitting.admitting is easy it takes 5 mins and discharge takes 2 hour even after prior intimation.the charges are so veird and absured I wish I could post a snapshot.however only for admitting 3 hours they charged 17000.not worth the money they take.
