Love this place. Great place for pet food, accessories and grooming. It has been almost 2 years visiting this place, what I liked the most about the place is the owner. She is always available for any medical assistance for my pet without any extra charge or consulting fee. She never suggests unnecessary variety of products for pets. My go to place for any and every need of my pet.

I bought my cat from this place it's very nice place and the staffs are very good I recommend it I wish I can give it 10stars because this place is just too good

I'm a regular customer at this shop and I find very friendly environment there. I don't know why people telling she is rude, she is just straight forward and this is very nice. She has the courage to say in front of people about the fact. She is a real pet lover as she always told everyone not bring pet just for showing off. She always suggest best for your pet in minimum money as she understands the value of money. She will guide the best for your pet.

I come here all the time to buy my pet his food. The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. They always help carry items to my car. I've received nothing but the best customer service from them.

I have been very happy with the service in The Pet Shop in the Indira Nagar branch. The facility is very clean and the animals look healthy and happy.

Best Pet store out there in town. My family took home 5 fur babies from the store and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Pragya in particular is very specific and helped us through n through. She's a true pet lover and wants only the best for little ones.

Never ever take your pet for a spa to this place. They don't even know the meaning of spa. They simply close your pet in a cage and pour water and shampoo. No cleaning, no massage and they don't even have a n anti tick powder. Its absolutely useless and hopeless place for your pet's spa.sorry for them spa is pouring 2 mug water in your dog.

Buying a pup has been a dream in the pipeline since long. After years of wait I have finally been able to bring one to our family. More than the years of wait, the more complex has been the process of searching the right place to look for our pup. Since there are numerous people in the business, it is tough to trust or not trust anyone. Just like any other person who is buying the pup for the very first time, I also went through my set of anxieties, and questions, regarding the pup, the breed, the breeders, and most importantly the health of the pup.

After endless calls, and other correspondences throughout Lucknow, I was finally able to get in touch with Pragya, @ Dogs & Pups, Indira Nagar. My first expression of her was someone with immense knowledge of animals in general, and dogs and cats in particular. Moreover, I was excited about the fact that she was not willing to sell a pup, but an entire experience. That experience definitely includes waiting with patience to be able to get the little friend in hand. Her utmost focus and priority was on finding a source which had the same love and affection for pups as we had. I don’t know how, but she was able to get in touch with a family, which had Labrador parents and now they had three pups. Not to mention that this was after approximately 2 months of patiently waiting and trusting Pragya. However, she herself had suggested at the very first meeting on 7th Jan, 2021, that 2 things are to be kept in mind especially when puppy breeding has become a business everywhere.

1. The pup should be at-least 60 days old before I should take the little friend home, so that the pup can spend longer time with the mother for the purposes of feeding which infact would boost the immune system of the pup.
2. The parent’s of the pup should be of known source with known history of the health of the parent’s.

It took time, but then on 12th of March, I received a call from Pragya, and she wanted me to be there at the store in 30 minutes. She didn’t tell anything, didn’t share any pictures, didn’t disclose any detail, but when I was there, it categorically was one the most memorable moments of my life, the most precious infact. I saw for the first time my dear little friend whom we eventually brought home. More importantly, with the pup was the family, not breeders, but family, who themselves were concerned enough to provide us with the pup. To their satisfaction they found us competent enough to be able to take care of the little one. On the 60th day; I brought the little one home. Today Our little friend is with us, making all of our lives happier.

Pragya was not selling a pup, but an experience, an experience of a lifetime of bringing home a little bundle of joy.

Pragya was most forthcoming with pros n cons of keeping a pet and all her warnings about Lhasa just prepared me better. I have a year old Lhasa and m very happy I got it from a reliable person

The lady in-charge is arrogant in nature which she illusions to be as a straight forward person.
Our constant effort, to receive the dog she promised within a week, were reciprocated by blunt or empty responses.

In the end after wasting our month off time we stopped following.
We really hope shops like these stop cheating people.

Apart from this, we found her knowledgeable in her field, which might fruit her if she is able to collaborate it with her business.

Highly disappointed.team work was dull and incomplete. I will never ever recommend this place for pets.

Pathetic behaviour of the lady sitting at the counter. She should learn how to talk to customers first. No manners at all.moreover she says vets at govt.hospitals are not qualified at all. (may be she thinks she is best of all). It was horrible to talk to her for five minutes

Writing this long review after visiting many times to the clinic with my pets. Previously after reading negative comments i was little bit scared but i was wrong. Below are the positive and negative points of the clinic

1- Whenever i call her for any medical assistance for my pets Pragya mam always helped me on call and told me medicines to provide relief to pets.
2- She is not money minded, whenever i have asked for any unnecessary stuff for puppies she immediately guided me and suggested not to waste money and told me to re use the non used items in home as toys.
3- Rabies injections are free of cost. I have rescued 2 puppies from the street and they way she treated them till now is appreciable. I have read in some reviews she shows attitude while giving free injection to puppies but i have not observed this.
4- Other injection and medicine also she gives on discounted price.
5- Here she conducts free vaccination/treatment drives also on time to time (free rabies to all, tick and flee treatment)

Yes, she is too frank and little bit rude towards those where she observe ignorance from owner towards the pet. May be she can change this but its upto her.

From my opinion this clinic is good, genuine and i recommend other also to visit clinic before making any false perception.

I took my cat for her problem, not only was she diagnosed wrong, but the condition worsened despite them giving medicines worth 1500 each time. Got in contact with another doctor and my cat has improved in 5 days time. They dont have a very friendly behaviour and as a vet, the doctor is hopeless. They are just minting money. Not a recommended place for cats. Highly disappointing experience

I love the way the pet store owner ask what breed particular person can maintain and handle they tell u all the service we should know before buying any pet not like many stores I came across and just operates like dealers of pets without knowledge of respective breeds thanks a lot and nice ambience

Dogs and Pups has been a very different experience for me. It's not like any other pet shop for pet supplies. Here I got a very experienced and passionate counseling about the wellbeing of my pets. The products are great and also at genuine price and more than that the customer service is amazing.

One of the best place to buy the best quality pups cats canary and fish aquariums.and the have the best advice and good quality feed and vet help for your best friend. They are real pet lover they are just not the seller or dealer. First of all the ask which pet you want to adopt then they tell you each and everything from.feed to treatment and the need to be taken care of by you. After many research n search I found her. N I m totally satisfied with the service. Pragya the owner of the shop is a true animal lover. She is not sitting for business only she is always there to help her customers in any need regarding the pets. N at any time is she available for u. I blindly trust her for my lhasa on her.
My pub loves to visit her store. He feels very comfortable around her. Dogs n pubs is place under on e roof where u can get anything for ur pet.i highly recommend this place if any one is interested in buying a pet.

Pragya. The owner of the shop is a true animal lover. She understands the need of your pet. And simultaneously she won't suggest you buy a variety of products.she knows the value of money. As a new pet owner every one is super excited to buy the best of the products for your pet. But instead of just selling you the products she counsels about the utility or non utility of the product.
She never gives unnecessary medications. Nor even charges consultation fee if nothing serious is found. After a year and half long interactions with her I can say that
This is not her business. It's her PASSION

I can't review on the products this shop offer because I didn't buy anything from there but I can assure you that the lady of the shop in a genuine animal lover. I found an injured stray kitten and even after taking her to different Vet her condition didn't improved. She's not eating anything and no Vet doctor felt the need to tell me the truth that she won't survive.
I went to Pragya mam shop, she asked me to bring her and after examining her she told me the truth that she won't survive for much longer. She asked me to give her to Nagar Nigam because it would be too painful for me to see her dying. But I took her home and she died that night. I had her for 4 days with me and it's still painful to write this.
I respect her because she didn't gave me false hope and I was able to say proper goodbye to that kitten.

The clinical portion of this pet shop is very hygienic. You can also buy any variety of dogs and cats from here. Not only just pet food but also other essentials are available here.

Such an uncivilized woman. What all she knows is to fool and bluff her customers. She's running a so called vet clinic with an MBA Degree. Wow! She really needs some treatment.

It was our first time that we got a puppy and I have to say that we are more than just happy from the services of the shop. The lady at the counter (Pragya ma'am) is a genuine dog lover and has helped us on various levels with our dog-be it food requirements, baths, the tonics, medicines and what not. So, she has basically guided us from novices to experts in this field. Our dog Stella loves her a lot as well, maybe because she gives Stella free biscuits and treats every time we visit her. We got her vaccinations done here only. Also, you get almost every type of dog food and dog accessories here.
It is a complete dog shop and you can expect best services here. I strongly recommend it to dog lovers.
