I’ll not recommend to anyone, please don’t visit this clinic, Dr. Ajay chaudhary does not have a single rupees manner to talk with patients. He is very arrogant and rude. For him only money is important not their patients or their well being.

Bhut bekar aur rude staff hai sirf paise earn krne k liye hai patients se koi mtlb nhi jaisa staff khta hai vaisa hi doctor patient k saath behaviour rakta hai doctor ko apne staff ki to galti Nazar nhi ati jb inke ghr vale last stage Pr honge aur koi treatment nhi milega tb in sb ko malum chale ga. Ghtiya doctor hai bilkul aur staff.aise doctor aur staff blessings kisiki deserve nhi krte. Plt kr sb ata hai. Staff to sb apne relatives ko Lakr phele dikhate hai aur baaki bewkufo ki trh wait krte krte hai pharmacy ke staff k saare relatives yahi atein Jo kaale kale se uncle hai vo. Humne to apni maa kho di ap sbki laprvahi se ekin bagwan ap sb ko aise nhi jaane dega. Ye jitni batmeezi staff krta hai ye sb Mr AK Choudary ki permission hogi tbhi to ye log itni batmeezi krte hai vrna inki itni aukat nhi Prashant aur vo kale kale uncle receptionist aur jo mautarma Jo OT mein jaate hai ak Choudary k saath. Vo to bhut hi batmeez hai jaise inki koi family member hai hi nhi ye karma hai sb sun lo aaye ga vapis plt kr aur aap sb aap ki aukat dikaye ga ot vale bhaiya.

Very pathetic appointment system my father gonna be diagnosed here for almost 2 years now but till now he is not make up that good condition his gastric is still as it is so i suggest pls don't go there

Was suffering from chronic choleliothiasis with more than 20 gallstones but one of them sliped into cbd. That pain is unbearable. Worse than a child birth pain. I was refered by Dr. Vinayak for this hospital to undergo ERCP in which they do ballooning and they place stent in cbd for a month and i was literally scared after hearing all this for the first time. I had to undergo two surgeries back to back. First here and another for removing my gall bladder completely. So the scare was real. My liver test did not gave any sign of relief either. But as they say that a doctor is next to god. He saved me. Gave me another life. Otherwise i would not had been alive today to write this down. When i again visited here for stent removal they all made me confortable before the procedure each time. I was under general anaesthesia and it was during third wave of covid this happened and everyone supported my parents who faced all this alone for me. That whole staff is just like family to me. I usually dont write this long reviews but this needs to reach out to those in need. Thanks a lot doctor to you and your team. One thing more that since i was an emergency case so as soon as i reached there i had a talk with doctor before operation then i was taken to ot.so i dont know about how to take appointments and all that one can check on their contact details.

Dr. A K Chaudhary is one of the best Gastroenterologist. I highly recommend him for all gastro pateint. He is a nice person, his behaviour is too polite for his patient. Overall all goods knowledge behaviour and understanding. Good job sir. Pls keep it up. God Ji Blessed You a lot.

The staff was too rood and appoinment timing is 9: 30 to 10: 00 only and phone no on at 9: 40 and every times phone is busy

Very rude staff and management they have i am trying to take an appointment from 3 days 60 call each day staff not even bother to respond properly 10: 10 they received after and refuse to give an appointment and tell me try tomorrow with 3-4 phone may be your call got connected which i trying to take from 3 days counting call 9: 30-10: 00
they don't even care patient health or somebody time

After going through this review you may not have to go with any other review.probably all of your queries and questions are being answered below.

1) For Appointment you have to call from 9.30 AM to 10.00 AM on the number being displayed on the pic attached in this review. Fkr next day number will be allotted.on an average 40 patients are given number for a day.

2) Alternate way of appointment is that visit the clinic around 3.30 AM to 04.00 AM.

3) Once your appointment is confirmed please reach the clinic on the next day before 01.00 PM.

4) If you fail in reaching before 01.00 P. M or your number is passed while you were absent then this may lead to hardship and inconvenience.

5) Dr. Ajay comes on an average between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM and give is precious guidance to each and every patient.so don't worry no matter how much time it takes for your number to be called.

6) Dr. Ajay is very good and very highly qualified and well experienced doctor. Patients come across the state of Uttar Pradesh for the treatment. Hence you may witness high rush at the clinic.dont loose your patience.be calm and wait for your turn.

7) If you are coming from outside Lucknow. Please be prepared that one full day will probably be taken during this visit as there is huge rush and if your number is between 1-10 then its high chances that you will get free till 2-3 P. M.otherwise it can even be 09.00 PM to 11.00 PM so be prepared.

8) Between regular appointments Dr Ajay also goes for the procedures, OT and also go through the reports of previously visited patients consequently the movement of numbers are very slow and you may have to wait for a longer period.its usual that you may get irritated or be bored.but thats not an issue. For better treatment you may have to witness these things.be prepared.

9) Establishment is very neat and clean. Washrooms, Toilet and Fresh R. O. Water is available you may use them as per your needs.

10) Behavior of staffs needs to be more polite and good. Some of them are rude and some of them are good. But overall there is much to be improved when we talk about the staffs.as the staffs are the once who directly get interacted with the patients.and first impression is what. Which goes lifetime with you.

11) Behavior of Dr. Ajay is very friendly.he gives ample time to each and every patient. Listen the every concern of patient and replies all the queries of patient.no unnecessary tests are prescribed by him.if you have the latest reports then such are accepted without prescribing the same test again and again.

Doctor should be like Ajay Chaudhari perfect diagnosis.

Come here only if u hv the whole day literally i had my appointment at 10 am and opd was done at 2 pm and th worst was the repost and final meeting with the dr. At 6 pm Zero management zero staff service

Worst doctor, started from 150 fee. Initially very polite then after that started recommending unnecessary test. Staffs are not rude but like goons and treat patients like beggars.

He killed my father by giving drugs overdose. My father oxigen level was around 95 but still they keep on giving oxygen. I curse everyone responsible for death of my father. They must have to bear the extreme pain. They will loose their loved one in tragic accidents and they will go in coma for decade. They will tear in blood.

First of all whosoever is the Receptionist needs to learn some manner to talk over phone n Dr needs to follow some protocol to manage patient. Patients are finding it too hard to reach the Dr.

Doesn't matter how serious is the patient. Doctor including staff members are busy in celebrating new year. Very unprofessional doctor and staff. Poor management, numbering system is worst.one have no idea what's going on and when the patients number will come.whole day will be wasted over there. शायद स्टाफ को यह नहीं पता होता है कि जो मरीज बाहर से 100km चल कर आता है वह कैसे 4-5 बजे नम्बर लगा पाएगा।कोई हाईटेक टेक्नोलॉजी यूज करनी चाहिए अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए।
स्टाफ बिल्कुल बेहूदा है जिसको मरीज से बात करने तक का तरीका नहीं है।
डाक्टर को रिव्यू स्वयं देखना चाहिए नहीं तो मरीज से दुवाओं से ज्यादा बद्दुवाएं मिलेंगी

Staff is really bad!
No value for patients time.they make the pt wait for hours and hours no matter how serious the pt is

Very worst service. There is no any system. I got appointment for next day at 4 number and next day I came at 10 Am and after 6 hours mean at 4 'o' clock, called me. Very bad service
I think Doctor doesn't know how to manage all these things.at least there must be online system to book appointments and time slot to respective their issue like OPD, Check up

Dr is very good as doctor and as a person but management completely unprofessional.the clinic has no proper timing for the patients.i have to wait for more than 5 hours just to get my reports checked from the doctor.worst experience.receptionist behave like completely dumb.god help the doctor to improve his management system.

Never Ever seen such a gentle and kind hearted Doctor. Really in true sense a GOD for the patients. Being a Liver cirhohtic patient I visited many a doctors but I found everyone only making fool of patient only for making money. I remember when I met Dr Ajay Sir in Shekhar Hospital the very first time, when I was almost dead, but as Dr Ajay Sir came to me, I felt that there is a power who has send Sir only to save me. Never asked for any fees. I can not forget that night at Mayo Hospital when I was almost dead as the bleeding was severe and my Hb was only 4. He came at midnight and asked the Doctors to arrange blood at any cost. I was unconcious but I remember that Dr Sir was arranging blood for me. I can't explain what He did. Today I am here only because of Dr. Ajay Sir. Not only me, I have seen many a patient only surving because of Dr. Sir. He has lighted Lamps in thousands of homes. I PRAY THE ALL MIGHTY FOR HIS GOOD HEALTH SO THAT HE COULD BE ABLE TO SAVE MANY THOUSANDS OF LIFE. SALUTE TO DR AJAY KUMAR SIR.

Pathetic Services.one of the best names in gastro but his staff is miserable, rustic and currupt.his all crediblity is being wiped off by his staff. 99% patients and their attendents are being harrassed by them.
