Doctor is amazing but staff members are too rude specially the lady in the staff is too rude, she won't even listen to your problem. Normally we go to doctors to get rid of our problems but the way that lady will treat you, you will get more sick. If you will go to clinic to book an appointment firstly she won't listen to you after that you have to wait almost for 2 hours just to get the apointment and to meet doctor keep 2 more hours.
Additionally if someone known comes that lady will send that person before you also give appointment first to those whom she knows personally.

स्टाफ मेंबर घमंडी है मै 100 किलोमीटर दूर से आया था 2 घंटे बैठाये फिर देखने से मना कर दिया बहुत visvash से आये थे लेकिन डॉक्टर साहब को भी किसी की तकलीफ नही दिखती

Great general doctor in Kidwai Nagar I visited him for lever problem he examined me and referred to lever doctor and refunded his fee. His diagnosis is very good. In future I will visit him for my hypertension and Cholesterol problem.

Worst patient caring and booking process by doctor attendant, have made 100 calls but not responded by doctor person and the refuses to take appointment by visiting clinic,

Consultation charges are not very much and if Dr. Gupta don't write a prescription then they'll not charge any fees for the discussion or suggestions.

I can here 3 day before. I was able to walk but my feet swelled, doctor didn't looked properly and said reduce strees and you will be ok and come again after 3 days. Now today I can't even walk. It's a lots of pain. My request to doctor is if you don't want to see the patients well, tell them clearly please don't play with the life of anyone.
