Best Endocrinologist of our city. Reduced treatment cost. Less visits to clinic. No unnecessary medication. No need to go to bigger city for treatment of diabetes.
If you dont want to extend your problems never visit DR ANKUR SINHA in Gorakhpur. They have stablished this clinic for looting medium class people. Only Sympathy they have is for Money. Disgusting Staff behaviour and No professionalism in Doctor absolutely disgusting behaviour with patients. He doesn't have clue for disease only knows certain prescription which you would be asked to buy from in house pharmacy that too at an exorbitant rate.
It would be great if patients can book appointment by telephone or any other managed way and payment can be done electronically at the same time. My mother is his patient, no doubt he is extremely good doctor but at the same time he has to think about patients ease. First to get his appointment one should go in morning 7 O'clock at same day, have to be in queue, and then again go to doctor at allotted time for treatment/consultation and this is a tedious job for patients who are from some near by town/city like me. Its a HUMBLE request from doctor and staff to look upon this troublesome, what others may also having.
Not sure about the doctor but the team (the compounder, the receptionist, the person at the medical counter) are pathetic. They don't know the basic ethics to talk to patients and their wards.
Corona spreader - there is no booking system. The system to take a token is to come early in the morning at 7 am and stand in the queue. People sit closely without any mask and they make an unofficial arrangement to put names on a paper according to which people have to stay in queue.
As an educated doctor, this is very irresponsible or careless to say the least at a time when the whole world is moving towards digital way of living to save lives.
The number provided is also switched off at their convenience in the morning after bringing a small crowd together in the pandemic.
A routine doctor, keeps shuffling pills one from another. My mother was ‘his patient’ until recently for 4 years without any significant benefit. Recently my mother tested positive and had to take steroids. My COVID doctor asked me to talk to my diabetes doctor to change any medication if needed. The doctor again couldn’t be reached through number given on his prescription. So we decided to stop consulting him. A total unprofessional experience and waste of money for 4 years.
