Incredibly greedy doctor with no medical ethics or respect for law. He turned away my grandfather who is 83 years old and was in an accident causing head trauma. My grandfather had been seeing this doctor for 20 years. He was not even ready to look at his patient. Do not go to such a greedy doctor who has the gall to say I have other appointments when you are begging him to see a patient in emergency.

With due respect Doc, this is really traumatizing to take an appointment of a neurologist. The procedure Dr Atul aggarwal have for taking in an appointment is hurtful as well as stressful. I read his comment and I would respectfully say the doctor I can totally understand if there is no remedy for enhancing the appointment taking facility however behavior of staff member does really matter and it is not an option. It is basic human etiquettes.

People are spending hours for days or maybe months trying to get an appointment and in return they get get your stuff's bad behavior which is not justified totally.

I am no one to teach you or anyone anything however I think being a neurologist and someone who takes care of people's mental health should really understand that behavior is the primary reason of any troubles.

Totally marketing statergy of Dr. Name publicity appointment booking procedure on phone If you try to call none is picking phone & if phone picked appointment boy asking bribery to give appointment. Very pathetic procedure & Dr. Is not taking care about appointment procedure. EMERGENCY Pateient have no option to meet with Dr.

No u are not, whenever we try to reach the doctor and take an appointment through a phone no-one picks up the call and the staff here is so rude and the doctor himself is rude. I want to ask this man if he knows what a doctor mean. I understand that he has done a lot of hardwork to reach here but still man you should help people.

U have to dial number like KBC and only if ur very lucky u get next day appointment. Staff very rude say its doctor instructions. Please show some other doctor who is avilable when its really needed. Don’t depend on luck as he has degree but no ethics of a doctor.

Seems uneducated.to me.people should stop giving so much attention to his booking, not worth.realised late but good before too late.we have better doctors intl the world.

Very bad doctor in Lucknow “worst doctor “ he don’t know how to treat patient he has fake degree don’t go there if you guys want to be alright.

Worst possible appointment system I have seen and most arrogant, rude behavior from the their staff. I don't know who is treating. I would advice don't go for him rather than search for other. You will not get any appointment from him. People don't have luxury to waste their 30 min everyday and not even get the appointment. Even by chance your phone was picked, the staff will make some excuses that doctor is not available, you are late by 1 min and so on. Would again reiterate go for other doctor rather than wasting your 30 min everyday and get disappointed.

Contact number for appointment is always on “do not disturb”! How are we supposed to ask for appointments! Rude, pathetic, ill mannered and worst staff! Being doctor means being available in need! I’m asking directly, “you think you are? ! ”
It’s just best for everyone to avoid this worthless place! There are tonnes of other considerate doctors out there, please don’t waste your time here.

Worst doctor clinic in Lucknow. They should be ashamed of running a clinic. Can't even get an appointment not sure if they is treating patients or angels.
People will die but they will get the appointment here the window is for 1/2 hour only. Very rude people who attends call and even if they pickup call they don't have sense of talking.

Staffs are rude and there behaviour are bad. Tried calling on given number for appointment but they aren't responding and if by chance someone responding then they used to disconnect the calls or saying call next day for appointment or call directly to Dr. Atul.

Excellent behavior of Dr. Atul, honest dr.for neuro medicine, No extra test, No extra medication prescribed. Staff is bit conplicated n difficult to get appointment but its all worth it if the dr is so good. Go for it without a doubt for all neurology patient treatment.

डॉ अतुल अग्रवाल के क्लीनिक का नंबर 9: 00 बजे से 9: 30 तक लगातार सैकड़ों बार 10 दिन तक लगातार मिलाने पर भी नहीं मिला, इनके यहां का स्टाफ मरीजों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं। आज मैं अपनी माता जी को जिनकी आयु 78 वर्ष है, को लेकर आपके क्लीनिक पर गया था, किंतु आपके यहां के स्टाफ ने बताया कि डॉक्टर साहब एक माह तक नए मरीजों को नहीं देखेंगे, मैंने कहा कि 400 किलोमीटर दूरी तय करके मैं आया हूं आप मेरी डॉक्टर साहब से बात कराइए, तब इन क्या मुझे दुर्व्यवहार का सामना करना पड़ा। एक डॉक्टर का नैतिक कर्तव्य अपने मरीजों के साथ शालीनता पूर्वक व्यवहार का होता है ।
सर्वप्रथम आप अपने मरीजों के साथ शालीनता का व्यवहार करना सीखिए नहीं तो समाज में ऐसे घमंडी तथा अमानवीय व्यवहार वाले डॉक्टर का कोई स्थान नहीं होता।
आज मैं अपनी 78 वर्षीय वयोवृद्ध माता जी के साथ दुर्व्यवहार पूर्ण व्यवहार से अति आहत हुआ हूं। मैं स्वयं एक इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में प्रोफेसर के पद पर कार्यरत हूं, तथा में अपने विद्यार्थियों को सर्वप्रथम समाज के एक सुयोग्य नागरिक बनने की शिक्षा देता हू।

I was trying to get appointment from last 15 days but the no. Provided is always busy, today call was connected and now he is saying jab call 9-9: 30 pe lagega tab hi appointment milega.

इनके स्टाफ मेम्बर बेहद बदतमीज है । मरीजों के परिजनों के साथ बहुत दुर्व्यवहार करते है। appointment के लिये phone number कभी नही मिलता। इनके staff member appointment देने के लिये रिश्वत लेते हैं । इनकी नाक के नीचे भ्रस्टाचार का खुला खेल चल रहा है और ये आँख मूँदे बैठे हैं।
Dr atul का व्यवहार भी मरीजों से बहुत अच्छा नहीं है अगर आपने कह दिया की दवा से कोई आराम नहीं कर रही है तो आपको दुश्मन की तरह treat करते हैं।
मेरा मानना है की ये ईश्वर द्वारा मिले दिव्य ज्ञान का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं।

I know Dr Atul Agarwal well and have discussed appointment problem many times, but he feels helpless. He wishes to see only limited patients (max 20) so that he can give each patient adequate time and due to Corona he does only morning clinic. What ever system he adopts, it fails because patients willing to come are 10 to 20 times more. For last many months he is not taking new patients, just to give better chance of appointment to hundreds of his old patients.
He feels that other patients should go to 4 Government hospital (KGMU, SGPGI, RMLIMS & Command hospital) or 15-20 other Neurologists of city. His only fault is that he wants to see patients thoroughly with full satisfaction.
If he gives long appointments then complains will be that problem is today, what I should do for 3-4 weeks. Appointments are only given on phone every morning from 9 am to 9: 30am to give equal opportunity to everyone. Once it was also given on coming to clinic, there used to be big, unmanageable crowd.

His assistants are always under pressure on gate and on phone and often threatened or abused by patients. This results in their irritable behaviour.
I am not for him, but I felt bad going through many of the reviews. Hence this communication. Everyone should have right to choose his or her way of working. Decide yourself

He is a good doctor but his subordinate staff don't know how to handle the patient. They have no feelings how much pain the people's are having to get the appointment on phone. Their phone is always eighter busy or switch off during time slot i.e. From 8: 50 to 9: 45. I don't know with whom they are always talking. We can't able to connect at single point of time. Very worst handling of the patient and doesn't feel any importance of his role towards patients.

As a doctor one needs to have a great communication ability. He might be knowledgeable but what's the point when he doesn't tells you.

I reached to his clinic with a heart rate of 150+, I have been having it for the past few days. I have gone to him few days ago also. He just kept writing me tests and tests and more tests without one communication what could be possibly wrong. He doesn't even asks you a lot of questions.

I would expect a doctor to be a little concerned or at least share the concern of the patient. He doesn't.

Also one visit to him will cost you 5000, how? 1200 is his fees then he will ask you to get blood test in his own clinic which is 1600 (my reports were wrong, I got it done from another place I had different results) and then a 2D echo of 1600 and ECG of 300.

Science was supposed to help people understand things and using that to help others.

It's great for old people because they don't ask questions they just need reassurance. When you ask questions he will write one more test for you. Feels like just playing an impostor to deflect you. You survive, that's purely your luck.

I mean I think doctors are supposed to get concerned when they see their patients in really bad condition, he doesn't, which is really sad and also depressing because we go to a doctor for hope and understanding. He only sells hope. And there is no way to know whether it's true or false.

I would not say you should not go to him, upto you, if you benefit, great. I was in more worse condition when I came out of his clinic, because I was ready to empty my pockets for him and he didn't gave me any answers, nor he was concerned, nor reassuring.

Very rude and unprofessional. Both staff and doctor don't know how to atleast communicate with patients and their companion. Didn't get any option for 0 star otherwise I would have given that.

Pathetic service, for appointment you need to call only between 9 to 9: 30 and all the time getting busy atleast should take the future appointment so that one can have clear vision. Looks like playing lucky caller don't play ones health atleast.

First the staf is not supportive
Second when i saw him at his residence he gave me fee minutes and next day i visited him in KGMC he was least interested to talk. He even didn’t see the CT scan properly and referred me to another doctor. Only motive is to earn money.

Each doctor is supposed to give relaxation to patient and his or her well wishers. But here the scenario is just opposite. The behaviour of staff is like the they are police cops and the visitors or patients are thiefs. The appointment process is like we are in late 90s. If someone is trying to get appointment and dialing the, and if he is patient of heart or blood pressure, the mishappening can occur any time. So other members of family must be ready for new appointment as well. My simple words to doctor are that, everyone is precious, his time is precious, his job is precious, sometimes more than you. If he is able to use his position, he may get your so called appointment with any call; if doesn't use his position or he is not in position; he always have to call your busy number. My simple request to you is, wake up and go with advanced technology, grow up. Else this planet is round and things come back. There are n number of situations, where you can learn the pain of patients. 1 simple advise is get a website developed and make appointment process online, family of patient will be free from tension of appointment and can use the time of calling you, like me tried more than 60 times in 0.5 hour. This 0.5 hour multiplied by no. Of patients calling you will become huge man hours, that are being spoiled just because of you. I may be harsh. You may feel bad. But it makes sense. Hope you will take necessary steps soon. And yes! One more thing, I can pay for website development cost, because I care for humanity.

Reasons:
1. Not professional at all
2. His assistants are very rude
3. Charges 1000 rupees for 10 mins
4. His assistants dont even let you enter the premises if you dont have an appointment
5. No facilities of any kind which may justify his fees
I took an appointment and reached there at 10 am, the assistant didn't even let me enter untill 11: 30. I had to wait in the car. The doctor arrived at 11: 30 (his clinic time starts at 10). Then too i was asked to write my name on a piece of paper and hand it over to him. He called me in after 10 mins. Then i had to wait till 2: 30 pm (my appointment was of 10 pm). The doctor called me in and asked some general questions. The total time he spent on me was no more than 10 mins. He didn't even told me what i was suffering from. Just wrote some medicine on a sheet of paper.
Conclusion
Dont waste your time and your money on such doctors
Youll find better doctors in hospitals like apollo, they charge less than him.

Doctor may be good but it is very difficult to get appointment. Phone is not picked up. Staff behaviour is very rude. For enquiry entry is not allowed.

Best in Lucknow, after visiting 4 doctors, he was the one who was able to treat my epilepsy and give positive results
