Very very poor treatment.
I had start treatment last 1.5 year ago and did not improvement in my hair falling. The condition worsened of my fair.
I have taken all medicine according to doctor. Wasted money and time both.

I have an experience of 2 months, seems like I have done a mistake, though continuing medicine but once it seems that once payment is made you are unattended. In return I will get same stereotypical reply as in here mentioned all cases, and same is given by all stakeholders. Despite appointment no heed, then message that you missed your appointment, really disgusting.

The treatment is very satisfactory and also with very good results. Good service and good behaviour.

The worst investment of 60k these people are total scam, they told us to take another 60k treatment after no result of one year treatment

No result. Just a fraud. They took 60k from us for one year hair treatment and it's been one year and I didn't got any good result. My hair are as it is.

I had problem of alopecia two years ago where I have lost all head hair even the eyebrows, mustaches and even beard. After treatment given by Dr Tulika Jain I am back with normal hair are getting to their normals. Staff Mr Jagdev and Ms Reshma are very cooperative, very humble and helpful. I have also recommend many people about the clinic.

If you want to get yourself robbed, you should definitely visit Dr Batra, worst staff, worst Doctors. Most important thing is that they do not treat the disease but they do counselling which is very surprising…. I went for a simple infection and itching on my lower part of legs…took the 1 year plan for 20 thousand rupees…. Not even 1% of my itching reduced…in fact this increased over period of time…. Every time used to get assurance but no results…. Strongly recommended not to visit or recommend Dr Batra Clinic!

This place seems to be money minting only. No proper handling of patients. No proper system of handling appointments. It always takes more than 2 hrs for every visit even if there is appontment. Pay in advance for year treatments and feel like a fool every time you visit. The people at receiption is a corrupt person. It seems for personal benefit she shuffles paitinent ques and appointments. Dont trust this centre.

I had a throat infection for past few years, it was very painful and when i eat something cold and also when i shouted loudly i had sore throat i was taking so many allopathic but didn't feel any improvement. Then, someone suggested me Dr. Batra for my throat infection but now it has been 2 years of my treatment through batra clinic, vaishali, i feel soo much improvement in my throat problem, now i eat lots of ice cream, shouted loudly still I didn't feel any sore throat and pain in my throat, i am very thankful to Miss. The female doctor is absolutely arrogant who doesn't wanna repeat her words to clear the patient's doubts. All they want is money so they try to make it look appealing with offers.

Doctors are good. But the way they manage the time is very pathetic. Someone can die waiting for their number to come even after taking appointment. Front desk staff don't know how to manage the time. Complete disaster

Waste of time and money as no result after months visits. The medicines are ineffective without any results.

They guys are trying to sell his medicines only.once they got the money after that they didn't provide you any type of treatment.i have already fully paid all the amount in first time but after that they cancelled my appointment.after that doctor have no time for you.go and take medicine with any compounders and then they told.please use dr.batra sampoo, oil etc

They are just selling their medicines, that too annual or quarter plan. I thought they will atleast give me homeopathic medicines like r89 or something like that. But no. They just give their own shampoo or protein packs. Not worth it.

Good experience, My daughter’s allergy problem cured by dr. Batra’s treatment. Only flip side is, sometimes waiting time is long even after scheduled appointment. Dr Tulika is experienced and knowledgeable.

I visited for hashimotos thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune condition, allopathy has no tretament for it, but after taking Dr. Batra medicines I felt light, energetic and felt better control over my life. They not only treat your diseases, but help you heal from within. Mam very patiently listens to all my problems, they devote atleast 10-15 minute per patient.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Always on keep waiting. At the time of payment they are very quick but after that behavior of every person totally changed. If we comes then they say come in weekdays than no waiting.if u will say for appointment to them for HBT then they are saying no directly.
