Poor place, Very bad experience, Doctors do not seem to be professional, They only tell about the policies of the clinic and that also in the name of consultation and also charge fee for that as well. Complete time waste. Paid consultation fee, wasted time and in the end only came to know the policies of the batra.

I've started my treatment at Dr Batras Raj Nagar Ghaziabad in January 2023 for Psoriasis.
At that point of time my problem was worse and getting worsen.
Thanks again to Dr. Batras for effective treatment and within a year I'm completely cured and got rid off my disease.

I was visited here in may, 2022. And after one year, my experienced is worst with them. They only focused to sell there products. I had paid 50,000 in the starting of the treatment, after that they sold there shampoo, and protein powder. After 6 month of treatment, they again suggest me to take new hair grow session and force me to pay extra for that. After giving money and much effort, i didn't get any profitable return. At last i stop taking their session.

I visited clinic with my grandma that time she was suffering from Eczema.now she's better, i'm very thankful to dr.batra

But suddenly hairfall started within 3 months
Then waited for 5 more months but hairfall didn't improve.

Treatment is good and staff behaviour is also good. I treatment by dr. Sujata & Dr Jaswan Singh before 2 months because my hair fall issue, thanx to dr. Sujata for my hair fall stop nd good support or behavior.

The staff of Batra's is good & Mamta mam is also a good therapist and best in her work. Gro hair therapy is very effective.

I took a dandruff treatment from Dr. Batras. If somebody wants to have the proof of the treatment, feel free to ask.and I will show you the payment slip of 20000 rupees along with the prescription, this payment I made by taking a loan from Bajaj finserv loan facility. Even this loan facility was arranged by the Dr. Batras payment advisor to make me able to pay the whole year's fees in one go.
The doctor of Ghaziabad GT road branch said to me that my dandruff treatment will take around one year to get cured. I took ten months' active treatment from them, and there was no benefit at all.

Observation of the doctor regarding the reason for the dandruff was as follows- He said that scalp of our head has small glands that produce oil to nourish our hairs and keep them strong. But sometimes, due to some allergic reactions, these glands start excessive production of oil. This excess oil mixes with our scalp's dead cells, outside pollution and dust particles, which creates dandruff. He also applied a camera on my head, which showed me the magnified view of my scalp and the thickness of my hairs. After seeing this, he said that my dandruff is curable, but he did not promise that. But he somehow convinced me that it is treatable.
Note: - When I was dissatisfied from the treatment and complaint from the doctor. He always explained me this theory each time in different words to convince me. I was dumb enough not to see the reality behind his wrapped words to make me fool again and again.

Treatment: - What they gave to me was a white colour powder in a small size container, which I was supposed to mix with curd and then required to apply on my hairs and scalp twice a week. Besides this, I was having morning and evening homeopathy doses (white small round pills), which was wrapped in a manner in which allopathic pills come, which we pull out by putting pressure on the pill, and it comes out by peeling the silver foil behind it.

In 2nd month- I started asking that there is no benefit, even a slight change was not visible. Each time I was applying that curd mixture with that powder, dandruff vanished but again returned within one and a half-day of application.

In 3rd month of treatment- On my consistent complaints, the doctor asked me to purchase a Dr. Batras supplement powders, which I bought, and taken for the next two months. Even then, there was no benefit. Remember, I was continuously taking their regular treatment, as explained above. This treatment never changed in my entire journey with Dr Batras treatment.

In 4th and 5th months of treatment- I passed these months with treatment and with the hope that some benefit will be visible, and I tried to convince myself that this is the right treatment, which I am taking. But it was just a myth, which I was trying to impose on myself.

In 6 and 7th month of treatment: - On my consistent complaints, the doctor said to me that he changed the medicine in the pills and convinced me that effect would come. But, there was no change in the condition of my dandruff.

In the last three months, that is 8th, 9th and 10th month - I was just taking my medicines without complaining to the doctor because I realized that there is no benefit of complaining.
Finally lost hope and never went again to their clinic, and I was cursing myself on wasting my hard-earned money.

Now I am taking an allopathic doctor's treatment and feeling better than before. He also said to me that it would take at least six months to treat this dandruff, but changes are visible after one months' application of medicines.
Advice- It is true, Dr Batras treatment is not a trusted treatment, and there are more flaws than the capacity to treat the problem. It is just a scandal and nothing else. At least for me, it is nothing more than a group of people who are making fools of the people taking treatment from them.
I am writing all this to open eyes of the potential patients of Dr Batras. I don't want any personal benefit by this.

Pathetic Behaviour. Rude Staff.not cooperative at all. Worst service. Please don’t opt for this branch

I personally feel, that staff is inexperienced, non-cooperative, and more over just on the path of fetching the hard earned money from the patients.
They are not interested to know whether patient is cured or not but will offer you various health plan.
And more over, Doctors are not well trained enough. They do not even deserve one star.

I visited Dr. Batra clinic 6 months back to resolve hair fall problem. Wherein clinic person charged me ₹450 to consult with doctor and 1 demo. After consulting with doctor the other guy asked for 33k to continue treatment for one year and he was forcing me to submit this money that's why I didn't feel comfortable and refuse to continue treatment. I said I need sometime to think about it before giving you ₹33k and I have been asked to leave clinic without demo of hair treatment. I paid ₹450 to consult with doctor and one demo, but I have not been given any demo.

They all are fake they are just fooling their clients. Make Fake promises, doctors are not even very much experienced. Knowledge is zero medical part is zero. I have given them my 1.5years to treat my hair problem in return they wasted my time my money. So please be aware before visiting to them. They all are liers.they are just making their money they are not even care about u ur situation ur condition.

This clinic is very nice here all the staff members (ratan sir and Mamta mam) concern and helpful. Every time I came here they make me feel so special and helpful for my problem. They really take care for me and concern for my other problems too. The doctor (Dr. Jaswant Singh) is very nice and gives me the right direction to how to cure from my diseases. Firstly I feel problems because I also had other issues lack of blood tissues, vitamin B12 in my body and doctor suggested me to take pills but now I feel very good and satisfied from my treatment. Good Staff behaviour and Doctor's consultancy is also very good. The atmosphere of clinic is cool and very helpful. It has been Almost 7 months and the consultation is all fine and the treatment is also going good and the health of my hairs has also became better.

Worst experience.their medicines have no effect just loot their customer. They don't even hear ur calls. Such as lazy and inactive staff.
