Very poor services, wait for 3hrs for chest x-ray. Staff ka phone number hi nhi h inke pass. Abhi bhi wait kr rha hn x-ray room m.

Best Doctor in Mathura when it comes to orthocare. He understands the situation and acts accordingly. He never prescribes unnecessary medicines, tests or surgery. Treatment here would be effective and cheaper than others.

Best experience and Dr. Nirvikalp nature is very nice behaviour and the dr. Advice are very helpful

Worst experience here. My friend was diagnosed with ligament tear but doctor didn’t recommend any MRI and gave high dosage of medicines which can be life threatening. We then consulted doctors from delhi and they highly criticised the dosage recommended by Dr. Agarwal.
I think Dr. Nirvikalp Agarwal lack basic knowledge as he don’t how how to treat a patient who is in severe pain
My friend has to undergo same pain every year from 2019 but doctor only recommended the MRI/XRAY after our family insisted him in doing so
I would recommend to find a better doctor and avoid going there.

High Prices (1000) of ultrasonic diagnosis.very bad experience of mine they were so unprofessional.

Worst experience ever! Second time I was there, The staff was very rude, should not recommend to anyone especially for pregnant women. You have to wait for hours as their staff prefer the patients as per their own choice.

It's takes long time to do USG.poor service by bhawna diagnostic center.try to seek another Diagnostic center.

I gave it 1 bcoz there staff is so rude and not cooperative with patient disgusting behaviour Dr Bhawna is well doctor in this area and were famous but that does not mean that you need not to concern about your staff so plz requesting you to pay attention to these ethical issues also.

Staff and service is really very un supportive. They just do the formality and are willing for money only. Don't give patient the proper time and guidance. In case of any emergency/ requirement after diagnosis, they don't even respond.

Better to be away from such greedy centres.

Worst service interms of time management and admin facility ever I have seen in ultrasound centers. Adding a photo here, pls train this guy how to treat with customers.funny thing is here that outcome from their ultrasound will be nothing and that is to be explained by a security guard. Good luck center for your management!
