Patient satisfaction is very poor and expert doctors staff is not available on time and other services is too bad

My recent experience at this hospital has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. The lack of proper time management for doctors and the extensive waiting period for a consultation are major issues that need immediate attention. It is disheartening to see a medical institution operate with such negligence and disregard for patient well-being.
Firstly, the prolonged wait times to see a doctor are unacceptable. Hours are wasted sitting in the waiting area, with no information or updates provided by the staff. It is highly inconvenient and disrespectful to the patients' valuable time. This inefficiency reflects poorly on the hospital's management and their commitment to providing timely healthcare services.
Furthermore, the lack of coordination and communication among the staff members is alarming. The fact that the staff cannot provide any information regarding when the doctor will be available is a clear indication of the hospital's disorganized system. Patients deserve to be kept informed and to have some level of certainty regarding their medical appointments. This lack of information creates a sense of frustration and helplessness among the patients, further exacerbating an already distressing situation. Additionally, it is deeply concerning that the hospital seems to prioritize financial gain over patient care. The practice of issuing prescriptions that are only valid for three days and then forcing patients to pay for a new OPD prescription, even without seeing the doctor again, is both exploitative and unethical. This approach demonstrates a blatant disregard for the patients' financial well-being and indicates that the hospital's primary concern is maximizing profits rather than providing quality healthcare.
In summary, my experience at this hospital has been nothing short of a nightmare. The severe lack of doctors and staff, combined with the unacceptably long waiting times, the absence of information, and the money-driven practices, have left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to explore alternative options and avoid this hospital if possible. The management must take immediate action to rectify these issues and prioritize patient care over monetary gains.

They use experimental drugs on you only available in the same hospital nowhere in the city. They will let you die and say oops. Very unprofessional and very untrained. Kindly go anywhere in case of emergency not here.

Doctor Chauhan is an excellent doctor. His treatment is excellent. He is very friendly and patient. We are lucky and blessed to have a doctor like him.

This is very great hospital with very supporting nursing staff, doctor & other staff. They saved my mom's life which was a critical case. They saved one of my frd's father who was a kidney patient and a critical one.
The staff there, takes care of the patients like their own family. Very supportive, caring & homely, patients feels.

The staff is highly unprofessional.they just.they do not seem to bother about the patients.its better to be home and get cured rather than this so called "hospital. " They just treat u as a source of money rather than a living human.

This is the best hospital u can find in Greater Noida, here all Hospital Staff are really very polite and caring and able to understand Patients situation. In short, we can say Patients get proper treatment post proper diagnosis.

Very unprofessional and money minded doctors and staff.
No proper room setup, everything looks temporary.
You keep calling staffs when required, they will say they are coming, but will never come.
Doctors will come to your room when not required to make an entry in your bill.
Throughout the 9 month of pregnancy they talk politely, but in the last week she started showing there color. And started scaring us and reports were suddenly were not in favor of us.
They will try to make the bill around 20000 more than insurance.

Very poor services from staff, when complaining about staff doctors and senior people are not listening to it, as they were afraid of them leaving.
We were trapped here, doctor was siting in another Hospital when days came close she shifted to this hospital and ask me to come here.

Dr Chauhan is a good doctor no doubt but management there is very poor.weight 53 kg but I was actually 60 and thermometer showed my temp 103 but I was completely alright and had no fever

If you want to live then do not visit this hospital ever or else you will loose your loved ones. I lost my mother. Worst hospital. Bad staff. They even don't know which medicine they have given and at what time. ICU is very bad as after 8 pm you will find only one person playing game on his phone. No care at all. NO VALUE FOR LIFE.

Dr Chauhan is only making money by writing useless tests.
He made me to do Rapid covid antigen test for Rs 1000 and xray of lungs for ₹350 from Sanjeevani hospital itself. He then further asked to go for ct scan of chest, which could had been the first thing.

Don't even think to go there. They are just money gobblers. I visited Dr. Chauhan with my blood reports which were from other pathlab. Even just having a glance a normal educated person could tell that i was TYPHOID +ve (Report Result: Widal test +ve). And that genius Dr. Chauhan prescribed me to have X-Ray and some other reports produced by Sanjeevani Hospital and visit again. Never seen worst doctor than him.

DR. Chauhan is a very nice and passionate person. They Diagnose the disease very deeply and provide best treatment in average financial. They also provide very cheap treatment to poor as I experienced.

Its very neat and clean hospital. Hospital charges are less in compare to other hospitals. Nursing staff is very caring. All Staff is friendly, punctual, very polite, dedicated towards their job.

Good hospital for good facility, reasonable rates, qualified doctors, and staff. I recommend you to visit atleast one time.
