Bad service for appointment. Very bad behaviour staff for book appointment. Staff not cleared any details.

Doctor Sahab an unhealthy way of curbing crowd that he you asks to come personally with 02 month child in the morning at 04 00 hrs to only book the appointment which he sees at 0800 hrs. Clinic don't have any facility to keep the child safely for a period of 02 hours and even not opening the door. I don't have car and came from bijnor to see the doctor. My family is coming from bijnor in taxi and now i am sending them back. Can't see the doctor with such inhumane way of appointment. Sir its in Hindi majboori ka faeda. Dogs are barking at small young babies and mosquitos are welcoming them who are standing here Gazab. Was told yesterday to come for appointment but was told to present with child by 6 for giving weight.

1. Open the clinic for mother and child coming from distant place so they can be saved from mosquitos and from continously barking dogs and also they can rest

2. Sanitize staff to correctly inform the parent so they can come along with child in the morning at 04 am.

One of the best doctor but receptionist and other staf are so rude, they always misbehave and ignore the problem of patients.
