Over all very good experience. Doctor is extremely good and the staff is really cooperative. They make sure to give a nice and smooth experience to each n every patient.

I will not recommend this clinie to anybody.
Staff behavior with patients is very rude.
The receptionist Mr. Tiwari really doesn't know how to treat patients.
The hospital charges and doctor fees are also very high.

Very Bad Experience with the Hospital Staff. I will Not Recamond to anyone to Visit this Place. Specially That Receptionist Mr. Tiwari uneducated and misbehave with the Client.

Dr Geeta Dwivedi is one of the most respected Doctors of Lucknow. However appointment Booking system is the worst (that i have ever come across). Dr Geeta Dwivedi, if you ever read this please do listenin to your own staff and the attendants who come with patients. The pain that every body goes through because of such an idiotic appointment booking system, is unimaginable. In todays world where 365 crore transactions happen through online in India, you dont have online appointment system. Humble request please upgrade the systems and processes.

Dr.is really very good but yes her staff is more than worst. And on the reception a lady is there she don't have manner to talk to patient. She pretend herself a doctor. Dr.should change her staff.

This 1 star is only and only because of staff very rude and in professional staff especially the person on reception counter. Very bad experience trying to search some other gyno in Lucknow.

Worst Management, Looting their patient, specially coming from remote locations, giving their receipt on devika surgical slips, charging 1000 per patient instead of 700. Lucknow Health Department is sleeping and not taking any action on her.

Doctor is really dedicated and expert but her staff is rude, ill mannered and asking for money. I would say she is the best doctor across lucknow with a worse staff.

Dr. Geeta Dewedi is awsem. She is one of the best Dr.bt thier nursing staff is not good and one more thing which os really very shamefull that is all nurses beg for money like a beggers.

For Dr. Service n treatment I will GB 4 star, but for staff n facility I will give only 2 star as they are uneducated, un-professional, un-hygiene and other services like bed, OT room not comfortable even they are using 2nd hand sarees in OT to cover patient while surgery. Better to chose some other gyn with this budget.

Worst gynecologist hospital.just after money.all staff is lyk aayaa types, no experience, no manners, no care of patients.even gv wrong medication to scare patients n make more more money. She worsen my condition during my delivery n wrong treatment gradually affected my uterus.nd very soon I had to remove my uterus.all nurses beg for money like beggars. I advise none to visit her at all.

Good doctor. Bad facilities. After operation patient was transferred to room with no air-conditioning working room (in hottest summer time). No proper billing for many treatments (making black money).

Dr Geeta is highly unprofessional doctor, she has hunger for money and has lost all medical ethics. I being a medical intern myself is ashamed to call her doctor. I had my life’s worst experience and suffered at the hands of her highly untrained, unprofessional and rude staff.
Her receptionist can be seen flirting with attendants and acts as if we owe her money and same goes for Geeta dwevedi

Very good doctor with lots of experience. She was kind and her treatment was very effective. Highly recommend for infertility treatment

I will not recommend this clinic to anybody, firstly the receptionist who is used to sit outside doctor's clinic has too much attitude and also she didn't talk to the patients in a good way and talks sarcastically. Secondly to meet the doctor you have to take an appointment two day before and for this you have to join hands in front of receptionist. You can't get Medicine written by her, outside her premises which is costly too. Just for making money nothing else. Doctors doesn't allow any family member with the patients and there is no privacy inside doctors clinic. She used to call two or three patients at a time and you have to discuss all your problem in front of that patients. And also not giving you proper time to discuss your issue.

Appointment lay Na a Big task after giving expensive consulting fees and medicine that u never get at outside medical store it's only available in medical store in her primises

I have seen wrost gynecologist of my life ever.very rude attitude with the patient and not allowed with the patient family members during entire discussion. This is not adequate.she is only making money and doing purily business and making a atmosphere to nervous the patient. I personally adviced do not visit to her clinic.

I personally recommend you not to go there because she is just making money. I will tell u what happened when my mother visited her. We gave my mom's ultrasound reports to her and she after seeing the report informed that she had to operate to cure the disease but we decided to take a second opinion and went to another hospital in gomtinagar (Matra shishu gvt hospital) as doctors their are very trained, experienced and polite (as it is a referral hospital) and there doctors examined told there is nothing to worry about and gave us medicines which worked and now my mother is fine. So don't believe this doctor at all and always take second opinion from a govt hospital as they don't make money they get a fixed salary from government

Pathetic experience. Management is pathetic.the staff is extremely rude.unmanaged staff.they take bribe to shuffle the number. I wish the hospitals like Jehangir Hospital in pune would have been available in Lucknow.
I think Dr. Dwivedi should train her staffs to not take bribe and to work honestly.

Taking an appointment itself is a task. I had requested for an urgent appointment for consultation for my daughter in law. The attendant had asked me to call at a particular time and when I did the same very next morning at 8: 30am, she told me that she could not take any more appointments for the day. Such unprofessional attitude is not expected from a good doctor's staff.
