Dear sir im not satisfied with your service i have a very bad experience with your pathology  (sec 18 noida) why we paid any high charges for service if i will get same service at the cheapest rate the charges for ultrasound  is 1600 but the service was very pathetic even a low pathology can provide better service than yours.i visited your lab today and the experience was very bad if they don't provide 2rs mask then why they make it mandatory they told me buy by yourself and i have to walk 500m for purchase and the way of talking of staff receptionist is also not good once anyone visited he never dare to visit again.why you don't check your reviews on Google i read about that and still i do the same mistake and  visited your lab thinking that may be its fake but today i believe its genuine reviews about everything kindly look into this else you lose your customers and please provide mask it not cost more than 1rupees if you charge 160% for the facilities because more better service is provided in 1000 in my nearby pathology

Totally disappointment, continuously calling but no one pick the call. And after visit the lab then staff argues

Pathetic, long queues, staff behavior is very rude. You need to call 100 times to get answered. I missed my belt in their washroom. I got very rude answer. The lady was adamant in saying ki aap ghar per hee bhool aaye hoge. I described multiple times but she got irritated. When I called centralised number of Dr Lalpath labs, they are totally absurd.no one heard me.it seems like I would have called Indian Railways.

Dr Swati kansal is the best doctor i have ever met. (Radiologist).
She supported me like mother on every step of my DVT surgery.

Very nice staff and excellent service and management. Beena did a painless collection. Best lab for blood collection.

They have a good staaf and area to manage the tasks however the only problem is with the washroom cleanup as they are a big firm so they must take care of that too.

Their radiologist Dr Swati is highly skilled, polite and experienced. She always treats her patients like you knows her since long.

I went there for all the scans for my pregnant wife. I think it was the best place to get that done. Dr. Swati explains every Little thing in details, showing the same on the screen. Unlike other places where we went, where doc simply checks things on his own and tell u in one line that sab thik hai. Dr. Swati understands the anxiety of soon to be parents and hence make them. See on the screen every little detail of their babies with patience.

Got tests done from here. Staff is cordial and helpful. Radiology department is the best here in entire NCR. A big thumbs up!

They are not punctual with there reports.urini culture reports takes max 72hrs to process.it's almost 4 days the report is not generated for my daughter who is not keeping well.without the report doctor can't start tgevright antibiotics. Despite repeated reminders to lalpath the reports are still not generated post 96hours. Highly irresponsible attitude

It is a good Path Lab and famous too. Either you can give samples for testing here or order home collection by paying Rs 150. Test reports are available on line but for a period of 30 days. Older reports can be accessed by contacting customer services. There are many franchise who collects sample on behalf of Dr Lal Path Lab. But in case you are carrying I indent from your company that is on credit, then you have to either order home collection from Dr Lal path lab or visit their collections centers. Franchise don't deal with corporate credit note

The service offered by Dr. Lal path labs are, full body checkup, ultrasound, xray, blood test. Etc within one day.

I have been to other branches of theirs, but I would rate them the highest. It's one of the only three branches with a ultrasound. So if you want to avail that, please come on Monday-Saturday from 10: 30ish. I am a person afraid of needles, but the staff took care of that. Even the female radiographer was so kind, she listened and explained, that was very thoughtful. Even the people at billing station are so nice and patient. I would recommend this Pathlab if you want to get your tests done.

Horrible experience only auto answering machine replying.tried many times but faild to contact operator.realy very horrible.

I had waited for 2 days to get an appointment, FNAC TEST. Pathetic service, hold me to wait for 30 mins. Then said sorry doctor has to leave for emergency.not treating all patients equally.

Very bad experience. Because. There is no proper x ray - machine. I came here from Ashok Nagar for my biletral SI joint xray. But. They told me there is no machine

Unprofessional & misbehaved Lady Staff on Cash Counter. Seems like they are uneducated & even Drunk on duty. Doctors are ok. This is based on my first two visits.

People don't have knowledge on the subject, moreover chasing for a week to get the report, everytime they would say it will come in 4 hours.

Probably the easiest organisation to get a path test done but their service can be improved further. I would prefer the equipment handling staff to be more cautious towards hygiene and attire.
