Dr. Mani (Eye Cure)

Dr Mani is the best doctor for all eye related issue. My name ia Tarun and I lives in GH-7. My father was suffering from cataracts issue in both eyes. I visited many hospital like CL Gupta (Moradabad), tirupati eye care noida. But as I see they all are making money. Finally I visited Dr Mani Clinic (Crossing republic). She is an excelent eye specialist. She also recommend eye lense on the basis of person's need. He has completed my father both eye surgery and now my father is fully happy. Later I also recommend to my Uncle, they was suffering from same issue. My Uncle surgery was also good and now they are happy. In last I will give rating 5 out of 5 from my side also I want to say If anyone has eye issues then please visit at least one time this clinic and I believe you will 100% satified.

My experience was not good in this clinic. Doctor's Assistant and Dr both were in hurry. I went to this clinic for my eye checkup but iam not satisfied with this clinic. They suggest me some eye glasses but does not work out for me.then i visited to another dr for my checkup. Also the optical shop inside the clinic is totally loot macha rakhi hai.also one assistant do not know how to check the BP. My worst experience in this clinic.

I had been in PSU's Service Sector at Top Most Senior Level & so I Passed my entire life with the Principle that " if you are not satisfied with the Services of someone, go to next shop, no need to comlain. ": But I am writing here with 2 objectives. First there is scope to change & improve and secondly I have lost my time & money, so other should not.

Earlier 2 times I visited her Clinic in another building & found Dr Mani & her staffs, both were Courteous, Punctual & sincere in work.

But today I visited her clinc in Orbit Plaza, Crossing Republic where she shifted in a bigger clinic. I found that she has now dependent upon supporting staffs much more than earlier & Dr has become negligent also.

I had an appointment & I have been sent directly to an person supposed to be optometrist who asked me to read through my old glass & informed me that my glaas no.is ok. I told him, you should compare my eyes with diiferent glasses to evaluate.

Anyway, again I had not been sent to Dr Mani but a lady staff gave some drops to dilate my retina (Remember I was there to get by spectale no.evaluated by Dr & after dilation no.couldn't be evaluated accuratly). After few minutes one young staffs named Mr Sharma came to me & said, " आँख खोलो "! Asked him to say repectfully but he retaliated in anger & give the dilating drops instead of one or two, many drops in both eyes which shedded at my cheeks.

After dilation completed, I found that Mr Sharma had been sending the patients to Doctor's cabin who have appointment after me. After my severals objections, he sent me to Dr's Cabin.

I complaint to Dr about optometrist & Mr Sharma (who was also in Dr's Cabin) but Dr didn't listen at all and very carelessly she examined my eyes in few seconds.
I had been a patient of PVD of my Retina since 2013 & so every year I got my Retina checked by different Doctors due to my trasferable job in all over India. But First time I found she (a Doctor) took only mere 30-45 seconds in examing my Retina of both eyes with great negligency, although it tooks 5 to 10 minutes to examine Retina of both eyes generally.

Yes, one positive change has happened in her clinic as she is now statred providing b'ful Prescription by typing on computer & printing instead of writing by hand as eariler she used to do.

Anyway, on Monday, I shall search and visit to another eyes specialist to evaluate my RetinaPrpoerly.

I had an infection in my eyes. I went to many places but Dr. Mani treated me so well. Her nature is very good. I highly recommend Dr. Mani for her great attitude and for her profession.

No time management at clinic staff is low works like Govt. Hospital. No proper staff to guide patient properly.our appointment was scheduled for 12 pm after checking the eyes earlier they said they will put drops in eye 3 times after 15 min but they put it 2 times.we have to wait more then 2 hours to get properly tests done. You have to follow up with the staff for your turn otherwise they will send another person in main clinic. Take atleast 2.5 hours to 3 hours extra before visiting this clinic

Today i visited on her clinic with the problems of eyes twitching, and she provides me only 1 eyes drop and 1 tablets, after using this eye drop i m feeling very relex thanks doctor

She is a very good Eye Surgeon, very caring for the patients, very well behaved and dedicated to her profession. Her presence in Crossings Republik is a great boon to the people in this area. My family has been consulting her for eye problems for about 5 years now. We are extremely satisfied.

One of the finest Ophthalmogist in the area, she is humble, a very good listener, gives right amount of time to patients. She diagnosed my occular hypertension well in time and started medication. My mother gets two flawless cataract operations in a year. Big thanks to Dr Mani.

Doctor is good.but she is very arrogant and her staff is also very arrogant for patients only one wall fan are there no basic facility.like water and fan, no proper ventilation its summer all the patients are full of sweating and no body cares including doctor, also there is no token system her clinic boy is sending patients randomly.
She increased her fees Rs 400 from Rs 300 but she has not care about her Patients and their family.
When I have asked for token and proper air facillity after wait for one and half hour her clinic boy and doctor arrogantly arguing.
It was my worst experience to her clinic.
