Sustained a lower back injury a few years back, when the Neurosurgeon advised me to undergo Physiotherapy for strengthening of lower back & pain relief as well. What followed was a series of visits to various Physiotherapists for approx 01 year & I ended up with a more severe back ache along with shelling out a handsome amount of money. Dejected, I assumed it as my destiny & stopped seeing any Physiotherapist! However, as days went by, it became further difficult for me to do routine chores like sitting to have meals, getting up to go to the Washroom & likewise. While on lve at my hometown, I heard about this clinic but owing to my past experiences, I paid no heed to it.
To my utter surprise, I was FORCED by my parents to visit the Clinic!
