Dr Mrinal Sircar, Pulmonologist, Fortis Noida

Very bad experience of my visit to Dr Sircar His coordinator Abhishek attitude is wrong and he is not helping visiting patient. After waiting 2 hours, he has given my opd bill for cancelation. Which was totally wrong practice for a doctor.

Worst experience with the doctor. He doesn’t wants to speak with patient or attendant and is very rude if you ask anything. Straightway asked my father to get admitted without even telling us about any report or disease. If You are charging so much then atleast you should have courteousy to tell the patient about their condition. Very bad experience

Please don't play with the emotions of a suffering family. My grandmother got admitted under the team of Dr. Mrinal Sircar in pulmunary and critical care department on 29th January 2022. The treatment started really well and we were completely satisfied with Dr Kuldeep and Dr Debashish. But after that Dr pulkit (Lady Doctor) took the charge on day 3rd and immediately from that day the condition of my grandmother started depleting. She don't even know how to talk even. She only meet attendants just for completing formalities and always tries to run away as soon as possible. Whenever we met her she was always frustated. I complained about her to her senior Dr Varun who was a step ahead of her in making excuses and moving away from listening complaints. He even changed his statements multiple times. Then we decided to take discharge from the hospital and admit her to Sir Gangaram Hospital but after discharge punched a call came from the escalation team who asked for feedback and we told them completed about the situation and after listening they arranged a meeting with associate consultant Dr Anurag Deshpandey and he listened all the things very wisely and promised us that Dr Pulkit and Dr Varun will not see our patient and on the basis of that we readmitted my grandmother. But on the very next day same doctors came again and no action has been taken. So in the end when nothing happened we took discharge and take her home as nothing was left by that time also condition became very critical just because of this medical negligence. I would not prefer anyone to come to fortis specially for pulmunary and critical care department. This all completely happened under the team of Dr Mrinal Sircar

He is quite rude. Although he was going right in treatment but he don't want to talk to patient or attendants and give rude answers if you ask anything.

Rude and unprofessional. Had witnessed his abysmal ICU management and his utter ill mannerism while talking to patients and their attendants.
