In Medanta Lucknow, there is no value of patient time. It's second time when I had to wait for more than 2 hrs even after having an appointment.
So request you to please value others time as well and if any emergency came in between then inform in appropriate manner, so patient can utilize their time as per their choice instead of waiting and sitting idle. I have appointment @ 10 and unfortunately still waiting for your team. Need your experience here to fix this.

Nobody found at counter no. 6 for last 20 minutes which is for the purposes of gynaecology dept. Nobody is there for directing the patient to the dr to whom appointment had been given.

M both the babies were delivered done by Neelam ma'am. If there were 10 stars It would be also less. Hats off to Neelam ma'am.

Only knows how to make money, troubled me for 2 years everytime you visit her she minimum makes you wait 6, -7 hrs even after appointment
Its better to visit anyone nearby or sahara hospital

Best Dr.to consult in U. P. She is an expert of handling complex situations with due care and diligence.

If you have already visited Dr neelam, you may connect with this review. Dr neelam is one of popular Gynaecologist in Lucknow Gomti Nagar. She has great knowledge and always listens to her patients. Her professionalism is much appreciated. If you have any complex problem then I surely recommend to go and see Dr Neelam.

However there are few things Which I do not like -
-I do not know why her staff want pateints to wait. Why they can not implement a appointment system as other Drs do. There is always a big queue in her clinic. You better go to Sahara to see her.

-She always recommends Saumya Diagonstics and everyone knows WHY. But this does not suit her stature. When I went with my reports from Sarkar, she said - these reports may be incorrect.

Their only interest is in your money. Dr Neelam Suggested pet scan for an ovarian cyst stating there are chances of cancer when all my tumor and cancer marker blood reports are normal. Apparently she doesn't visit patients based on digital reports but what's the point of it if she didn't bother to look at the mri reports. I can look over the other reviews and see the only good reviews are from patients who had undergone surgery under her, i am pretty sure she makes a simple case go so bad that surgery is the last option and then can pretend to be the savior. Irresponsible and pathetic doctor.

This was my second visit. I wanted to write this at my first however, I was told due to unusual circumstances there are delays. But looks like this is a regular practice, entire day gets wasted. If you value your time please look else where. Day 1 waiting time 2 hours
Day 2 waiting time 2.5 hours. All tests and reports were ready before we were made to wait every time. The coordinators too were super smart to dodge the waiting people.

Wonderful experience with Medanta hospital and Dr. Neelam Vinay was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose medanta hospital and would highly recommend to anyone. My wife Deepti Srivastava was suffering from critical pain which treatment was done by best laproscopic surgeon and gynecologist Dr. Neelam vinay.

Doctor is very arrogant, has so much attitude. We went to her, because someone from Medanta referred to consult her. She do not even see the previous reports, and speaks like, the person sitting in front of her, has the knowledge of medical sciences.
Long queue is there to consult her. People pays consultancy at 11 AM in the morning, and doctor talk to them in evening post 06 PM.
So, i will not suggest anyone to go to this doctor.

Horrible Doctor!
I visited her for some postpartum issues after 2.5 months of my pregnancy. She was rude like anything and she didn’t gave any effective remedy. I took prior appointment in Medanta Lucknow and still waited for one hour only to be treated so poorly.
Wasted my 1200 rs and one hour on her. She has no sense on how to talk to a patient. Don’t visit her if you dont want to be humiliated and ill treated.

It was awesome to be under the guidance of Neelam mam and thier team throughout my pregnancy. Neelam mam is an efficient, noble soul both personally and professionally.
