Dr. Nitin Gupta it's my urge to you please appoint a proper person to take the appointments. The person was very rude while taking the appointment, this way it will not be possible for you to increase the footfall in your clinic. Consider this as my advice to you.
Very poorly managed clinic. This apparently happen when u forget about ur capacity limit of earning. You can't target to see 15 patient in an hour. This is clearly an indication of LUST for Money.
This happens when u make a clinic a grocery shop, and completely forget about any minimum professionalism expected from a descent doctor. He get Inr 600 for 2 to 3 mints time that he spent on patient, without any privac, as doors will be open always and people standing outside will hear u what u r discussing.
An advise: In an area like Gaur, there will always be a demand of pediatrician, but it is u who should know how to make a right balance b/w limitless earning vs.quality service & treatment, if u really want sustainable biz.
He is a gold digger.last time my wife visited him for some consultation. The doctor Charges were 1500 - 2000 for one time consultation.will not recommend him. These days doctors are for just making money. Thanks!
Worst management of the staff, doctor is also just not taking kids seriously. There is walking and appointment based call. But is a person sits before you staff send him/her.there is no any management.
Very knowledgeable Doctors (both Dr. Nitin and Dr. Suchi). I have been consulting Dr. Nitin since last four years for my 4 year old daughter. Best Pediatrician in this area. As he is a very good doctor, there is always a huge waiting line.

Very bad staff behaviour. Even staff don't know how to talk to visitors.really so upset. Doctor said he will take care of the system but still there is no improvement. Only trying to earn more money not interested in satisfying every visitor.
There is no system of handling more kids who are suffering from diseases.
He is one of the best Dr I have come across. Yes appointments could be managed better but I trust him & will go every time if my child has a health issues since getting right treatment is important than visiting a Dr comfortably.
Really pathetic arrangement and crowd management. Despite taking appointment we had to wait for 1.5 hrs for just taking a vaccine for our child. And due to this my child and my husband got infected with coronavirus. There is so much crowd no ventilation.no covid protocols being followed. Due to their pathetic arrangement my healthy child and my whole family suffered from corona.
He is working with worst supporting staff. Inspite he is getting more crowd, due to his soft behaviour. He should work on their staff. Who have well knowledge of crowd management and good behaviour against to the visitors.
Good pediatrician in city plaza. He just care the child in soft way, excellent treatment and caredcare deal with every child and polite behaviour and understanding everything.
Good Doctor, but appointment system really sucks. I have been visiting multiple times for consultation and vaccination and each time I have booked appointment but was told will need to wait as there patient waiting and when I call to book this book appointment I am suggested to come walkin. When I came in today I was made to wait unnecessarily saying they had prior appointments. I have left without meeting the doctor today and I will be sure not to return for good. Because of the fake hype and unprofessional staff he has.
I consult Dr. Nitin Gupta for my newborn baby and I am sure that my baby are in safe hands. Though he is very busy most of the times, he still takes time out to explain each and every thing, including why he has prescribed each medicine. The best part is that the Dr.is available at any time of day or night on phone to answer a mother's call of distress. Having interacted with multiple doctor in multiple cities as a part of my job profile, I can vouch for the fact that Dr. Nitin Gupta is one of the best child specialist/ pediatrics in town. Very bad experience with him The best Dr is one who listen and give time to their patients no matter what if it's a first time patient or not. Useless for me. Waste of time and more importantly money
