I 'm yet to meet such a dedicated doctor and her staff is also very helpful to the patient.

Hi preity this side just visited the dr hats off like i am not from lko went to many neurologist but he is really really the best patiencely he listen to me identify my problems today was my first visit but really a good dr like can say best in city for neurologist thanks sir let see how medicinces react. Staff too was nice. Thanks sir.

NEVER buy medicine from them. The lady handling the medicine is the worst. She doesn't even know how to talk to clients. Worst behaviour. Charged me for the medicine and forgot to add it and when I confronted her, she didn't even return my money and wanted me to pay again for same medicine. Never going back to that clinic. Unlike the staff the doctor is quite polite and experienced. She DEFINITELY can learn a thing or two from the doctor.

We are getting 5 min late n come from 2 min late over the phone staff said u come n after that when we will reach there clinic he refuse to see because we are 5 min. Late and girl demanding extra money 800 rs and said its protocol we very well know prptocol but a person who taken medicine from last two month back n its your paitient den ypu resuse they onlu wrok for money no humanity is there very bad n aerogens staff. I have taken test from other pathalogy from that day they are rude. Very rude behaviour of staff specially.doctor pankaj kumar popli should be come to know about wat there staff doing with clients we have other best Neuro Dr in lucknow butvsome one suggested me si that why wr go while first visit some people are fighiting for medicine changing and staff fight rhat day also full of attitute only costly test n self medicine plz don't go.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of lady in dispensary, don't have any manners to talk with client. They were not refunding money when my friend was returning the medicines. He only went to return medicine she suddenly started arguing that she can't take it back but it was clearly mentioned in reciept 10 day return policy.

Although I visited the clinic for the first time but the Doctor gave a great feeling of perfection in his field. His consultation fees is reasonable and the prescribed drugs were also from the category which are easily accessible from market.
