Very poor experience at his clinic. Indifferent to patient query and behaviour is very rude. This nullifies the good job he did.

Not Happy with Staff Behaviour, there is no value of time of patients for them.

Went 2 days to took the appointment, standing in the queue one day due to emergency doctor advise that he will not visit today and staff is coming at 9: 15 am and suddenly telling doctor will not come and start blamming guard that why you didn't tell the patient's and they start arguing. Like people are standing from 6 am but no value of patient's time.

Another day after standing in the queue when my number comes to take the appointment say me and other 5-6 patient's that today's patient limit in over and we'll charge 1800 rs.if it's emergency else we can give you the appointment after 7 days.

Even the staff member is arguing with patient both are abusing each other because of number issue.

When I finally get my number after some days I call on reception to check my no and the staff say that please come to clinic and submit the slip then you'll get the no in hour or two. I told them I'm working person you can just let me know that which no is going on and I told them my no so I can come accordingly, but again same no value of patient's time.

Worst Staff ever seen. Doctor need to take some action on this.

Staff Behaviour is not good, worst staff. Don't know after seeing so many comments about staff Behaviour why doctor sir/mam not taking any action.

You can take the feedback of staff from Guard or from some patients randomly, the new guard and even the old one Both are very nice and calm person.

Will not suggest anyone, to take the treatment from Dr. Prashant Solanki.

After taking the medicines of him, I get very bad alergy in my whole body and when I go to doctor he said that he is not aware which medicine is giving reaction and advised to stop all the medicine or start one medicine for 2 days then He will get to know which medicine is giving reaction.

Then I visit the skin specialist and he told me to stop all the medicine from immediate affect as it causing the skin issues and after stopping the medicine from next day only I start feeling better.

Sorry, to say but we've doctor like this also who are money oriented and for them there is No value of patient life.

Worst doctor ever in whole universe. Only money oriented. Decoit. No values. Always ask for money. Even after 1500 fee given of same day. He ask for 800 paytm money for consultation at night. He just kill patients. Both mentally and psychologically. Don't go for sake of humanity. Don't support him. My grandmother diet after her treatment.

He is a worst doctor ever staff is also have bad behavior. This doctor took my father away even many times i have tell him but he didn't listen any one.its happened after when we were visiting him every week continuously.i would suggest you not to go.

Pls beware of the timings. The doctor visits OT on random basis leaving the patients waiting unnecessary for a longer time.

Even if you mention that you have an emergency case, no body will hear.

I recommend, he is very well qualified, soft spoken, excellent knowledge Doctor with advance technical clinic.

Worst doctor. He will try his best to convince that the case is of a liver issue, even its not and will waste your emotions, money and a huge time in his experiments and in last he will say its carelessness from patient's side.
