I asked child's medicine through WhatsApp at 1: 00 in the night, within 5 minutes by him I was immediately prescribed the medicine and no consultation fee was taken, it means that Dr. Rajeev Ranjan is doing an excellent work in terms of humanity.

Worst experience Doctor doesnt even check baby thoroughly. He checked my daughter from a distance of 4 feet and adviced too many tests. Doctor is not friendly and on follow up also dont entertain properly. Money making clinic. All tests done in house without any discount. Better to book tests from online channel like 1mg. We visited Dr Rajeev Ranjan twice and had a bad experience with him. Our baby had cold and cough and she had developed some white patches on her skin. As a first time parent my husband and I were very much worried. On meeting him, we both found him ignorant and arrogant. He did not even ask or measure if she has fever. When we reached home and measured her temperature, we found out she has fever too. He chose not to explain in detail about depigmentation of her skin. He was talking to us while looking at his phone. Would not like to visit him again PS: If you are tired at 8 in the evening (which we understand may be due to your heavy work schedule) you should rather not keep your slots open for appointments.
Response No 2: Dear Doctor, 1. Depigmentation can be normal for you but not for a common person who is not into medical profession. 2. How silly is this for a doctor to compare a child who is having cold to a child on ventilator? Does that mean my child did not need 5 minutes proper attention? 700 Rs consultation fee is not enough for 5 minutes of yours? 3. The entire world is grateful to the frontline workers for their commendable job but does that mean you will be ignorant to the people who are not coming to you for corona but for a normal flu. 4. My baby is 10 months old so obviously i have met other paediatrician. I am not giving you feedback on first impression. We can give benefit of doubt to a doctor’s busy schedule. But i had the same experience twice. Even if you are busy, I believe talking to a parent in a cordial manner does not take away anything from you. 5. He is very bad doctor. He dont even see your child and write medicine without proper diagnosis. He is for upper class people and even dont talk to parents properly. We dont recommend him and suggest you all to go to some sensible doctor.
When you give your precious one in someone elses hands, they better be the best. Had a similar experience with Dr. Rajeev. He understands the issue very patiently, has wonderful diagnosis and helps you even beyond the working hours (on whattsapp) That's all any mother needs.to have someone by the side when your child is in distress.
Worst doctor for kids. He confused us with covid symptoms and even gave anti biotic on day 1 for viral which was unnecessary. I suggest if you love your kid, do not ever visit this clinic. Built like a hotel it is just money making place. Pathetic!
