She suggested one cream and serum and that serum was making my skin more worse i told her the same but she said u will continue this treatment only and visit again after month but why i will continue the treatment which making my skin more worse.and that too serum cost was 1500.

Very Rude & Arrogant receptionist and this Doctor.
The way people get treated by the staff and doctor is like you are visiting some roadside or JHOOLACHAP doctor.
This receptionist guy was speaking so rudely to one of a lady who visited this clinic and if anyone tried to calm him down he started yelling at them.
The doctor listened and watched everything happening outside but she didn't try to stop it.
This man was clearly saying I am working the same way for the past 10-12 years do whatever you want to do.

I want to give her rating in negative. Forget about treatment she doesn't even know how to talk with kids.she was shouting on my 2 years old kid for not wearing mask just after entering in her cabin. My kid was very scared and now asking me not go there again for his treatment. Being a parent I know what is good or what is bad for my kid. She as a lady or as a doctor should be soft spoken and well mannered in front of kid. Even WHO doesn't recommend mask for kid under the age of 3. I don't know what was wrong with this doctor.

It has been a great experience dr.reena Sharma is one of the great dermatologist of present time in noida.i was treated here for acne and hairloss just in 10days I got up to 100% result, very satisfied.i got personalised care and attintion by dr.reena Sharma, extremely polite and courteous service, and patient friendly, highly recommend and worth of time ND effort.also clinic staff is very polite.

I'm taking hairfall treatment, first time she said hairfall will stop in one month and in second visit she said it will stop in two months but there is no sign of improvement.
Taking face peeling sessions also but no improvement in my skin. She charged approx Rs. 7500 including medicines, she charged hefty amount and think anyone can afford it.

I had a very bad experience in this clinic. I now feel all the good ratings here are fake.

Lot of people lime rely on some of these ratings and views but I feel all the good reviews for this doctor are fake. On entring the clinic, it is all chaotic. The admin staff is rude to the next level. They are shouting at people due to their own admin mismanagement.

Doctor is least bothered about all of it. Tje prescription given by her is all commision on sales thing. Very expensive and on the top of it harmful in long term. A conversation with doctor will tell u jow unintelligent she is.

Waste of time. Staff and Doctor both does not respect and care for Patient time. Every time you visit you you have to wait more than hour, even if you raised this concern they do not care. They invite multiple patient at same slot or in in gap or minute.idea seems to make more money by inviting more Patient. Will suggest to find other doctor unless you have no options.

I took my father for herpes and she listened to all the details and gave the best advise. My recovered very soon. I recommend her for all the future skin related problems.

Even though i am not in habit of writing but i have visited doctor twice with the wart on my neck for which doctor got it treated with removal at the same spot and provided medicine for the same but now again the wart is back at the same place with couple of more additions to it.
