Dr. Ritu Arya

May have been a great doctor at some point in time but my personal experience wasn’t that great for the following reasons:

(1) It was my first pregnancy and she always shys away from answering questions. Never tells you “all” your options. At one point she said to me “itna janne k liye you will have to study medicine”. I think I deserve to know what my body is and may go through. She never explained that properly. If you’d like to trust and follow a doc blindly, she may be for you. I am an educated woman who likes asking questions and knowing things / my options in advance.

(2) She seemed very narrow minded and didnt seem to take a wholistic approach. With pregnancy she never appreciates you doing yoga or any supportive activities/ diet/ garbh sanskar Training/ lamaze etc. She thinks her way is the only best way.

(3) She never gave me a heads up before physical examinations. This caused me to distrust her and her team a lot.

(4) On the day of my delivery when I was busy and tired of pushing, she was trashing me rather than being supportive. All her staff was following her lead. I felt so helpless and angry. Finally, I had a c-section.

(5) Post delivery I visited her only twice because I had lost my faith her completely. On the last day of my visit she had said “ab to aapka chakkar lagta hi rahega”. I didn’t want to see her face after that so I went somewhere else.

I have refrained from writing a review for her for good nine months but I have build so much of resentment towards her that I really couldn’t stop myself today.

May god bless her and may she get enough opportunities to right her wrongs in this lifetime!

Fraud Doctor can even kill you for money. Plz don't go and also don't know how to talk to patients. Completely frustrated money minded old selfish women. Most disgusted doctor I have ever met my wife has to meet with an operation in emergency due to this fraud

She is very caring and open at the same time. She doesn't hesitate to present all our option good or bad, which will help in taking any decision if any.

I recently gained alot of weight due to which i was diagnosed with pcod so I went to Dr. Ritu for diagnosis and prescription and advise that a young person like me who always had her periods on time however this lady simply wrote me a prescription and told me to take the med and do some tests and after that when test results were out she just prescribed me another medicine. I mean there is no care from her side to explain what's going on with my body and what i need to do for it to be better.i wish her all the best with her way of treating patients and good health

For me she is more than a doctor, she treated me just like a small kid who is always scared. I had a complicated case and she was there for me every moment I needed her. Yes thats true she promotes normal delivery but definetely never at the risk of baby’s safety. My full gratitude to her for having my baby boy. Lots of love & respect.

No time given by the doctor as expected by the Gynecologist.
I was surprised to see that the doctors also shout.
After our consultation, she suggested some tests. And the assistant ran after us to get the tests done from their clinic only. We were checking with her assistance about the charges and the report delivery and she literally shouted.what's going on, kyin itna shore ho raha hai.agar tests bahar se karana ho to kara lo.
So sad to see doctors like this.

The best doctor i have met so far. She handled my case so well. When even doctors from big hospitals could not understand it.and yes she gives importance to normal delivery.

I was pregnant with my first kid I was having gestation diabetes but she ignored it completely didn't prescribe any medication the result was that I have still birth. Still she was not bothered to come for delivery because she was busy in her clinic the nurses delivered my stillbirth baby after my delivery she even listen to us she just told her assistant to make us move from there she was scared that we will do something legally anyway this all happened at2015 so I will never suggest any body to goto the murderer doctor she gives me a pain for my whole life

I had pain.
Went out of station she could have advised one pain killer or tablet over call.she simply disconnected call saying u come and see me and can't tell over phone. Doctors should be there for patients whenever needed. Just money making business.
Specially for gynaes we need support.she can take money but atleast guide the medicine when the patient is at pain.
Worst experience.never recommend anyone to go there.
Then when u go also long waiting no proper token system and allloted.

The Dr should learn how to talk, only then he/she can become a good doctor. If you have mentioned your number, then you should talk in manner.
And if you cannot do this, then please keep a personal assistant to attend calls r remove the number. I won't recommend to any one just because of the rude behavior.

My wife had bulky uterus with multiple fibroids she handled case really well and all went fine.
A lot of thanks to Dr. Ritu Mittal Arya for your support and care. She is a wonderful doctor in NCR and in her hand you will feel very safe and secure. You can choose her your doctor without giving a single thought.

Seems to be intimated when asked questions, answers in a condescending manner, last thing you need when you are already stressed for your well being for which you went to the doc. Didn't expect that. You are giving your money to doctor to give expert advise, you are not going there to blindly follow a doctor, you have right to know what is your diagonoses, what you are subjected to in name of tests, and ask anything if you have doubts/confusion, especially when you are paying for it, the doctor is not doing social work for free. If a doctor is intimated by an informed/curious patient, it is their own inferiority that they respond with condescending attitude, the patients are only concerned with their own well being. Else doctor should have proper bed side manner and be patient and compassionate with the patient.
