Doctor is good but if you need her in some urgent time then look out for some other doctor she will not going help you.
We made call to her on her mobile number at around 8: 30 pm today and the call was picked by her husband and we requested him to either connect us to her or ask her to allow us to visit but abruptly he denied us. We requested him again and again but he was adamant to say no to us. Though even after we went to her clinic as this is our need, but at clinic her husband again started arguing us that she will not attend our kid, while she was available in clinic and attending the other kids.
Yes but then we also loose our cool when he again and again denying to attend our kid and had argue with him.

Later in we decided to quit from their and visit some other paediatrician.

Will not going to recommend her in our friends circle and even in our society group if some one ask for paediatric help. We rather suggest to visit the doctor who help us when we need the doctor most.

We recently switched to Dr. Ruchi from our usual pediatrician due to distance issues, but we are so glad we did.
Love the diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Ruchi. She promotes home remedy with minimal meds. Love her practical approach to Healthcare for kids.
Also, she is very polite to talk to and gives you all the time during consultation without rushing you at all. Highly recommend her.

Dr Ruchi is the best doctor I came accross.she is very humble and gives enough time to explain all problems.

In my previous review - my feedback was doctor was good but money minded.

Continuing from there- My first visit was on 18th and that was my first visit with you and I didn't get any info regarding follow up visit apart from that it was written in your notice board

First meeting/visit with any doctor or any person will always be nice and it's the second meeting from where the trust builds on or you get to know the nature of the person.

Like I said many times - I did not know the timings of the follow up visit as it generally written in the prescription of the doctor.

Money is not the problem as I can pay the consultation fee but it is the nature of the doctor which was money minded as she was not keen to see me but asking consultation fee. Like - I said that time 500 rs is not a big thing for me and you it's the nature of a person/doctor matters the most.

In your previous reply - you were pointing me that I left without consultation. Yes - Madam, I went at your place for consultation only and you were asking money for follow up consultation.
Madam- I visited so many doctors here noida and many states but you were the first doctor who was very reluctant for your rules and policies of follow up visit.
Other doctors always enquire the well being of patient. If money was secondary for you as you said- did you asked the well being of patient.
The answer is NO- so how can you blame me. This clearly shows you are money minded. If you asked the well being of the patient then I happily give you the consultation fee for follow up visit inspite of the fact that I was unaware of your follow up visit policy.

If a person visits the clinic first time in urgency - how he can see the notice board as he is constantly thinking about well being of his patient or himself.

I requested many times - that was my first visit doctor and I will always abide follow up timings next time but the doctor said " My time is precious"
I charge according to my rules and the rule is no follow up visit after 3 days.
I can't change the rules for you.

That is right madam- please don't change your rules but please change your behaviour towards first time patients who did not know your follow up timings.

I again saying - money is not the problem it's your money minding nature is the problem.

Anyway - You already gave me advice that it would be my last visit as you can't change your rules for anyone. Let's end our conversation here.

Doctor was good but money minded.
I went for follow up visit after 4 days and she said follow up visit is only for 3 days after first visit.
That was my first time visit to Dr Ruchi Dubey and I said no note was written on your priscription for follow visit.
So please see me but she said you are wasting my time.
Note to doctor - Relations are build with trust and you are not trusting first time patients. How can we recommend you considering your money minded nature.
Professionalism is another thing but doctor patient relation builds up with trust.

Doctor Ruchi is the best paediatrician in Greater noida west. I Visited here for my 2.5 year old kid. My baby was having fever and several other problems and she treated very well.

Dr. Ruchi gives plenty of time during counselling and she is never in rush. Clinic is very clean and proper hygiene is maintained.

Dear Mam,

Your 1st point is correct that i visited you on 1st Aug 2022 for fever and cough for your child for which necessary medication has been prescribed.

But when it comes to your 2nd point on 4th august at 8 PM i tried to contact you for the visit only because conditions of my kids get worst. After continues 2-3 times call someone from your number answered me that you are suppose to leave the clinic in 5 min. I requested several time just to wait for 15 min aprox i will be there but he told you can't wait then aftet i requested atleast suggest something on what's app while checking my child proscription which you have given earlier. Even after 20 min when i didn't recieved your response then again i called you and you said you will just revert. But unfortunately you have reverted after one hour till the time i had already visited to some other doctor

Some other doctor who had atleast feeling to understand my pain behind seeing my child conditions.

Your third point is complete false as i never called you 7th august because on 4th i have already visited to other doctor.

Mam you may be a very good doctor what for use when you can't give even 5 to 10 min.when i need you the most. When i was looking for a guidence from you.

I would say the best doctor I came across for my kid after juggling to find a doctor who will be kind and can understand kids.
After consulting with 1-2 doctors, I was not much satisfied. But she is the one I would love to go to if need arises.

I had visited her first time for my 3 Month daughter. The way she examined my daughter was very thorough and she was very patient, careful and nice to the baby.
The good thing about the doctor is when ever we do give her the message about our queries, she always responded.
She always listen carefully and treat the children with kindness.

Recently I took my both daughters to her. What I felt is that she treat kids very politely, like her own kids, that too with very less medicines and no antibiotics. She is a wonderful doctor and has special concern for children. Do visit her for best treatment for your kids.
