I had come to the clinic after seeing the board on roadside. I didn't know any previous reputation of the dr or the clinic. But the moment I got there i could get the good vibes that he's the perfect doctor and ENT centre for me. The wait period is there somewhat as the patients are always there. I've met dr Savyasachi Saxena by some friend's reference. I had been having ear discharge with hearing problem for many years. I was told that it has to be operated but I was delaying for very long until I started having dizziness and I was on the verge of having seizures. However it became a tricky situation but i had met dr Savyasachi Saxena and all my doubts were gone. He operated upon me for a good 3 hours and surprisingly i was discharged the next day. I had good recovery and I am feeling much better now. Hearing has improved as well and dizziness gone

It was pathetic. The doctor is rude and unsympathetic. He doesn't give adequate time. He charged me for bilateral FESS Sinus surgery, whereas it was done only on one side (right nostril).
Excellent Dr. I already know him and he never charged me as per his medical manners. But he always treated me the best possible way and always gave me due time and attention. And he in fact performed my sister's nasal surgery, that too with absolutely wonderful sisters.
First of all Very Rude Dr, dont know how to talk to patient. I did telephonic consulatation not ready to listen history of patient symptoms. Very impatient, impolite unprofessional behaviour. Would not recommend. Before being a Dr learn to be a good human and treat ur patients nicely.

He's an excellent surgeon.my father was having a serious complicated condition of ear and we had been to many hospitals. However most of them refused, may be because of his age or the covid times, but Dr Savyasachi Saxena took up the case and I was impressed with the way he explained it to me beforehand and I was ready to bear the complications as well. I already knew that my father's hearing centre is dead but his brain was getting involved with disease, so surgery was important. We went ahead and thankfully my father had not even a single complication and in fact he was discharged from the hospital on the very next day, taking care of corona situation.
In the entire episode, Dr Savyasachi never appeared to boast of himself or his skills but he always kept his cool and very much down to earth. I could now know the reason behind his popularity and yes I am giving him full marks as my father do. In fact in the follow up visits, my father has been visiting him all alone as his dizziness is completely gone and he's very much recovered. Staff at the fortis hospital also helped us to whatever was required and thankfully we're back home, 400 km from Delhi.
I got my daughter's ear lobe pierced at the Clinic of dr Savyasachi Saxena as i didn't want the painful and dirty practice at the jewellers. It was a delightful experience. The staff first cleaned to the ear, then put a mark with medicated ink and the piercing was done with a piercing gun in less than few seconds. My daughter didn't come to know of it at all, it was so painless. In fact the studs are also gold plated and imported from USA and I chose red stone.
I had a great interaction at doctor's NEO CLINIC. It's was easily located on main road and very spacious. Good care was taken to make it safe for spacing between patients and every pateint and attendant was checked for temperature and sanitized as well. We had to wait a bit as the staff and doctor made sure that there's no crowding at any place in clinic. As the Pharmacy was in-house, it was really convenient and I saw the lab collection counter as well. It's good use and convenient, especially in covid Era. The doctor is certainly exceptionally knowledgeable and balanced talker. The staff were all nicely dressed and polite. Treatment suited me and I recommend the doctor and Clinic very highly. My sister had been advised nasal surgery for mass in nose because she was having nose bleeding and cold for very long. When I got it checked, I was told that it has gone up to the brain and eyes. I went to some other doctors but they were not very keen on surgery as it was a risky one. Then I took my sister to Saxena sir. He told me the complications and explained the surgery also. However he made no big promises and clearly told whatever was involved.i liked his honesty and got operated from him.and I really thank my stars that I had met him.the operation was a success and quite painless and no blood was required. The nose was blocked for few days however. My sister is very happy and we are following the doctor regularly. She can breathe now and also surprisingly smelling better also. Thanks Sir.

For me it was a.positive experience. Doctor Saxena is quite knowledgeable and expert in his field. Besides my problem was effectively resolved. Don't expect medical facilities to be cheap, if you want cheap and best try govt. Hospitals, there is a possibility of getting free treatment there. Private institutions will charge for their services. Also understand that certain line of treatment might be perfect for some and not so effective for others. Hence keep trying until you find the doc that suits you.

I searched for good Ent doctors in NCR and this name popped up, but when I met him it actually was a very good experience altogether. The doctor is knowledgeable and in corona times, there was good arrangements at the clinic for distancing between the patients and staff. I got myself checked, then showed my wife also.in fact I am planning to get operated soon for my ear with him. He's good to talk to also.

But first he needs to take online money as fee so that if he ask for slips after 3 years, anyone can show them receipt. Its my humble request to doc.please take patients as patients, They are trusting in you. Stop thretening peops and do something effective and productive.

WASTED 1.5 LAKH RUPEES AND NO RESULTS. I have a problem of running nose from a long time 4-5 years. Visited Dr Savyasachi Saxena in Fortis Noida. He told me I have to undergo an operation after that it will be over forever. So being a 18yr old teen I thought why not. I have a whole life ahead of me and agreed for it. The operation happened. Tho doctor was supportive the whole time but just a month after the operation was done it all started again. I did take all the precautions I was told. Even the doctor confirmed me that my nose is properly healed and I'll not have the problem again. But when It all started again and I went for a visit in Fortis Noida he prescribed me anti allergic medicines. I completed the medicine course felt fine but as soon as I stopped taking anti allergic I started having running nose again. I HAVE A RUNNING NOSE 24x7 and I REGRET UNDERGOING OPERATION WITHOUT CONSULTING ANY OTHER DOCTOR, I REGRET TRUSTING HIM and I REGRET WE HAVE DOCTORS LIKE HIM.
Sorry to say but paid Rs 800/- for 20 seconds of briefest session ever with a doctor. He paid very little heed to my problem.not satisfied with the whole consultation. Morever Fortis was never on my list of preferences & I learnt a lesson once again.
Worst experience. He asked to do blood test in his own clinic and one ultra sound for ear pain.after spending 3500 Rs I got answer there nothing. Even he didn’t know what is the problem. Worst
My wife visited his Indirapuram clinic for treatment for about one month continuously. This doctor made the situation very severe, I thank God as we stopped taking his treatment and switched to other doctor otherwise my wife's problem would have turned into tumor inside ear and cheek. This doctor knows nothing.
Doctor Sabyasachi if you are reading this stop this turmoil. Why confusing people without giving heard to their conditions, why you go for a test at a go without even giving a check what has actually happened, why you recommend pathalogy labs? Do you get a lot of refrence compensation? Why this un-human behaviour. God knows where we are heading to but this doctor has to get avoided at the earliest.
Worst and unprofessional no idea how they are running this clinic. No idea what they are doing, doctor too is also confused. Told my father to get multiple reports done and didn't even look at them for once. Not recommend at all. Really please don't waste your time and money. Anything is better than here. I wish I could give zero or negative stars.
He highly money minded doctor. Sees way how to maxmise profits by putting un necessary remarks and tests. He gave 2000 test for a normal see through analisys. Once u register he will tell u how much money u have to pay next.thats how he treats you.
Very nice doctor.i was going through some reviews about the doctor, some were really full of hatred. However i couldn't find any bad thing about the doctor except that he's busy always. I had my friend's ear surgery done by him few months back and he is now quite able to hear and that too without pain. The doctor very honest.does what he says and explained the outcome and expectations beforehand only.one additional star for that.my friend was told that he'll be able to resume his office after 2 days and he actually did. At the hospitql and clinic also, i found everything in order and well maintained. Only the wait was around 20 minutes.manageable at a doctor. Humble and friendly.way y to go sir.and thanks
I seriously don't want to rate this doctor.but to comment over here, i think to rate him is mandatory. I went to him for throat Infection but he potrayed my infection as throat cancer on the same day he took me to awantika hospital for endoscopy.and put that device inside my throat. That device is sterliized or not i am bit confused now.that place where he operated me is really unhealthy and unhygienic. I really wanted lodge a complaint against his practices. Dont waste your time visiting him. This is my review. I will suggest visiting more experienced doctors.
Dr saxena, even not able to cure ear infection, led to ear drum hole. Vary bad experience for me. Now I m thinking, why I had gone to this doctors. Life sucks. I recommend not to go to this doctors. I m very depressed now.
I went to Dr. Savyasachi for 3 times for minor nose infection where there was slightly nose heaviness and seldom bleeding Doctor Said- 1st Time - Infection 2nd Time - Sinus (Where I have no cough, sneezing symptoms) 3rd TIme - Allergy When I asked why so much time taken for minor issue he said if I Can't solve it no one can do it. Later I went to Ram Manohar Hospital (Govt. Hospital) and by using camera they said it is minor wound and using a small chemical it got all Ok.
Today Private doctors have become a money absorbent where I gave him INR 4000 in these 3 visit with a lot of antibiotics to take but of no use.
My Advice - Use your Time and Money judiciously and not someone who is just experimenting and cannot confirm what is the issue.
Well, I had a bad experience with Dr. Saxena. Had 2 days old throat infection which lead and extended to ear with pain and wax leaking. First time visited Dr. Saxena for consultation and at a first glance he advised that my eardrum is ruptured leading liquid draining out. This scared me to hell. During this time he wrote number of tests and by this time I could come out of this trauma, his team took my blood samples for tests. Tests cost were exorbitant compared to other patho labs. Nevertheless by payment by card, 2% extra charge. (Greed at highest level). I preferred to consult other ENT specialist and found that I had only infection in ear. Next day I visited Dr. Saxena again and enquired about falsely misleading for eardrum rupture which he immediately negiated and blatantly refused that he never said something like that. Then I understood that this was all a trap to impose unnecessary test. So guys pls be alert for the test and don’t just carried away. He could be a good and experienced doctor but greed factor is on higher side, which could unnecessarily dent hole in your pocket.
He is an excellent doctor.i got my nasal surgery done by him few weeks backs and Must say that I was correct in choosing him for the surgery. I am extremely relieved and the entire process was so organized that I didn't feel any fear any time.i was diagnosed with DNs and polyps, there was risk of leakage of brain fluid.but there was no complications after surgery and I am so relaxed now. Doctor however told me everything before hand. I am lucky to have met him.he is so gentle to talk and very caring about his patients.much of your disease vanishes after just tslkota to him. He's too much straight forward and truthful, doesn't hide any facts about yourself.that might be a bit hard for few.but once you know him, you actually get to know that whatever he does or suggests, its for patient s welfare only.
