I visited Dr Shweta Goyal for consultation during my 5th month of pregnancy. Firstly I booked an prior online appointment for 7 pm and doctor made us wait for approx 1 hour. During the consultation, the doctor asked me to show my Level 2 ultrasound reports and when she saw the reports she mentioned that these reports are really very cheap and are not reliable because MMG Hospital patients get their ultrasound done from that diagnostic centre.
She also said that due to financial issue you have visited there for the ultrasound.

How can a doctor talk to a patient like this. Who gave her the authority to judge a patient's financial condition.

Also she does not listen to any of the patients condition and just keep on mentioning the medicines.

VERY VERY PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DOCTOR.

Me and My Wife (Pooja) would like to use this platform to show my gratitude for Dr. Shweta Goyal, who become the part of our journey when tiny little baby comes to our life, not once but twice. We really had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shweta Goyal when she was consulting us 3.5 year ago for my first child. Although, she started consulting us in 7th month of pregnancy (as I was shifted back to Ghaziabad), but the experience was so wonderful that made me search for Dr. Shweta Goyal, when we were expecting our 2nd child.

Now, what made us search for her again during the second pregnancy: After having 8 to 10 hours of tough try for normal delivery, Vardan Hospital Staff said we need to do surgery. Hence, they called Dr. Shweta Goyal for the same, as she was consulting us in Vardan. However, my wife was shifted to OT but after reviewing the case by Dr. Shweta Goyal, she insist to do Normal Delivery instead of surgery.

This is what made me search for her again and I would like to say that it was the right decision, as I have two sweet, beautiful and healthy baby without surgery. I believed this will much Beneficial for my wife health in long go…

Dr. Shweta goyal is a best gyno in whole Ghaziabad. She is an expert in all areas from consultation till post delivery. We were very anxious during our pregnancy as we had 4-5 abortions before this and conceived after 2 year long period of secondary infertility but ma'am was always there to support us mentally during our tough times and now we are a proud parents of baby girl. Unprofessional and careless place - this clinic is pretty amateurish, ignorant and arrogant!

Went here today with prior appointment to get my daugthers vaccinated. They made us wait for over 1 hour for a simple Gardasil vaccine injection - which normally should take 5 minutes! The doctor herself arrived half an hour later but attended other patients even when those patients had arrived much later than us. Finally, the vaccination was done an hour later by the nurse without us requiring to see the doctor - then why make us wait unnecessarily for so long in the first place?

Also, the handling of the Gardasil vaccine by the nurse was pretty amateurish and ignorant. Gardasil perishes at room temp, but the nurse, after having filled the syringe, ran to attend a call, leaving the costly, perishable, loaded injection on the table!

Also, the clinic doesn't follow Covid protocol. No sanitizers being offered. No masks being enforced.
