जहाँ परचा बनता है उसके सामने अनेक प्रकार के OPD विभाग है
यहाँ का परिसर बहुत ही साफ़ और स्वच्छ रहता है

यहाँ पर सुविधाएँ अच्छी हैं, लेकिन यहाँ कि नर्सें एवं प्रशासनिक विभाग अच्छा नहीं है। यह लोग इतने गुस्से में, और बुरी तरह से बात करते हैं, परिजनों के साथ एवं उनके मरीज से भी बुरा व्यवहार करते हैं। मैं अपने पिता जी के साथ कार्डियोलॉजी विभाग में गई थी, वहाँ कि नर्सों ने न सिर्फ मुझसे बुरा व्यवहार किया बल्कि मुझपे चिल्लाई भी। तमीज़ से बात करना बहुत ही कम लोगों को आता है।

Doctors just time pass with tea and behave like Gunda have mask without mask no treatment. How it's possible please someone monitor these people. Regards

One of ridiculous hospital. Behavior of hospital staff and worker is inhuman, they have no common sense.
Just passing there time.
No human values.

Good as much as a gov hospital but good in service doctors are so good behavioral and staff also.

It's free of cost and good hospital for us. It's facilities are too good due to our govt.and hard working staff.

Hospital is in good condition. When I visit found that Doctor usually sit by 8: 30 Am. Employee of hospital especially clerk and iv class not well behaved.

वैक्सीनेशन हेतु यहां सुविधा उपलब्ध है। हालांकि की मेरा यहां पर विजिट सिर्फ वैक्सिनेशन हेतु हुआ था। बाकी विवरण के बारे के बारे मैं कुछ नही कह सकता।

श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी हॉस्पिटल जिसे सिविल हॉस्पिटल बोला जाता है, हजरतगंज मे स्थित है। यहां पर 24 घंटे इमरजेंसी सेवाएं उपलब्ध हैं।उच्च स्तरीय डॉक्टर्स के द्वारा सभी प्रकार की बीमारियों का ट्रीटमेंट होता है। सभी प्रकार की सर्जरी भी उपलब्ध है साथ ही आयुष्मान कार्ड धारकों का इलाज उपलब्ध है। सुबह 8 से 4 बजे तक टाइमिंग है। 1 रुपए का पर्चा बनवाकर आप संबंधित विभाग के डॉक्टर्स को दिखा सकते हैं।

Worst staff. My experience of getting my wife covid second shot turned out to be nightmare, the uncouth and unprofessional person who inoculated her, has injected the entire dose not once but times, reason being she was busy blabbering about other not so important stuff while giving the shot.

As a result my wife suffered swelling in chest and painful arm for 8 continuous days. Upon which I seek medical help and found out the damn person chose the wrong muscle to hit the vaccine.

My wife withered in pain and felt it from arm till down to stomach. Can you believe it, a hospital that has nice ratings can hire irresponsible and uneducated guys.

Please be aware and ask the one supposed to inoculate you not to talk to others and focus entirely on for what he/she is being paid

Totally inconvenience and bad experience. The hospital staff's behaviour is unsupported.
This hospital is for poor people but their is no hospitality.
I request that please support them thay need your help.
Please increase time for OPD as well as all checkup posses like x-ray, pathology ect.

Went for 45+ covaxin second dose. Got the dose in relatively short time. Very unhygienic place with no social distancing. No directional clues, no guard, even the person at reception said 'yahin kahin line me lag jao'. Staff was very unprofessional and downright rude, and the way they were treating uneducated people was pathetic.

I visited this place, as COVID 19 vaccination centre. Burn ward is the main information centre here for vaccination males and O. P. D.for females.

Please do choose other vaccination center not visit to this place too much crowd, not following social distancing and when we were in the queue waiting for our number they gave preferences to the known ones this is truly unfair. I'm so disappointed.

Here doctors are good and hospitality superb but some time here ayushmaan yojana counter worker not work properly.

Best hospital for burn patient, all facility of burn patient. There is no curruption in hospital, in present time, member of hospital and doctors, nurse, and other worker behavior is very good and satisfied in ward.

Good doctors but very crowded place. Hardly any space to park your vehicle. Due to large number of patients it's very difficult to get your treatment in one day. Big operations are not done here as it's having less operantional space so not a lot of doctors or equipments available here. Emergency service is available 24*7, beds are almost available. Located behind Lucknow zoo. First come first serve based hospital, early you will come, early you can have medicines and treatment.

यह पार्क मार्ग पर स्थित एक सरकारी चिकित्सालय है जिसमें पूर्वाह्न 8: 00 बजे वाह्य रोगी विभाग खुलता है और यहां पर रोजाना लगभग 1500 मरीजों को देखते हैं, मुख्यमंत्री आवास के निकट स्थित होने के कारण यहां के चिकित्सक अधिकतर अति विशिष्ट मंत्रियों के इलाज में ही व्यस्त रहते हैं। रोगी व्यक्ति को यहां पर कैंसर सर दर्द, बदनदर्द, बुखार, खांसी, जुकाम, निमोनिया, टाइफ़ाइड, फ़्लू, स्वाइन फ्लू, उच्च रक्तचाप, निम्न रक्तचाप, टी०एम० टी० परीक्षण, मोतियाबिंद, रतौंधी, टीका करण, कुत्ता काटे की सुई, पोलियो का टीका, एड्स और टी०बी० का इलाज बहुत आराम से मिल जाता है। यहां के औषधि पटल पर नकली दवाओं के कारण लोगों का भरोसा यहां से उठ चुका है। लेकिन चूंकि यहां पर सरकार द्वारा मुफ्त चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है इसलिए गरीब रोगी यहां पर अपना और अपने परिवार का उपचार कराने के लिए विवश हो गए हैं। यदि रोगियों को उपचार के स्थान पर रोग के निवारण हेतु धन प्रदान किया जाता तो सब रोगी संभवतः निजी चिकित्सालय में इलाज को वरीयता देते। जले हुए रोगियों की चिकित्सा के लिए एकमात्र वार्ड यहां पर बनाया गया है। इस चिकित्सालय में मुख्यमंत्री और धन संपन्न व्यक्तियों के उपचार को वरीयता दी जाती है। निकट ही स्थित चिड़िया घर में विभिन्न जीव जंतुओं का निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है। चिकित्सालय के सामने एक अल्ट्रासाउंड और सी०टी० स्कैन करने का केंद्र है जहां पर रोजाना भारी भीड़ उमड़ती है। भोजन व्यवस्था केवल भर्ती मरीजों को और तीमारदारों के लिए तीनों समय पर की गई है। चिकित्सक के परामर्श पर जांचें मुफ़्त में की जाती है। MRI जांच सुविधा यहां पर नहीं है। सिविल अस्पताल में मात्र सी०टी० स्कैन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है और एक्सरा तो पूर्व में होता ही था। चिकित्सा प्रमाणपत्र १२ रुपए मात्र में प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। पैथालॉजी जांच की रिपोर्ट अगले दिन प्राप्त होती है। डेंगू रोगी (मरीजों) के लिए पृथक् कक्ष की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसी प्रकार स्वाइन फ्लू पीड़ित रोगी को भी अन्य रोगियों से अलग रखना पड़ता है। संक्रामक रोग से पीड़ित रोगी से अनुरोध है कि वह अपना मुंह ढककर ही अस्पताल परिसर अथवा भीड़ वाली जगह में भ्रमणशील हों, अन्यथा आप का रोग अन्य लोगों को भी हो सकता है। राजयक्ष्मा रोग के चिकित्सक से परामर्श लेते समय रोगी अपना मुंह ढककर रखें। आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक भी उपलब्ध हैं। विशेष रूप से जिनको आयुर्वेद में रुचि है, ऐसे रोगी को टूड़ियागंज, लखनऊ में सम्पर्क करना चाहिए।

A best place to if you are near Hazratganj area to get all sort of medical assistance.though some of the staff members are not well behaved.

I'm visiting frm last couple of years. Probably the best hospital, best services u can get. Doctors are too gud & too co-operative. I firmly recommend to others about the hospital.

Very good in hospital provided at the centre of Lucknow accessible by all providing almost every piece of medical facility witjou1any fee. It ia a medical Institute under State Legislature Act with teaching hospital established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Gomti Nagar,  Lucknow. The institute offers MBBS,  DM,  MCh,  MD and Ph. D.  degrees. It was established in 2006 and was affiliated with King George's Medical University till academic year 2018-2019. On 12 September 2018, it was notified an Institute under State Legislature Act with degree-granting status and privileges.
Lots of people flock from different parts of uttar Pradesh to treat themselves fit by taking facility of this hospital

Good service in hospital, Good facility, food of hospital is not so good. Ayushman Bharat Yojna se treatment Ki suvidha. Male ward alag & Female ward alag, cold water ki suvidha, Lift, wheelchair ki suvidha. Parking Arrangement is bad. Crowd is the big problem of this hospital.

Worst and irresponsible behavior of medicine distributor staff they abused me. While I was taking medicine of my father. Kindly take sufficient action against him. I am a respectful citizen of the state then how he dare to abuse me. But if you are a govt employee then you don't have to worry about any action because money is everything.

This is the only district hospital of state government weather I've found a lot of facilities for the every civilian. And there's no any bribery here as I'd experience here. No hospital even super specialty hospital as well ever beats this in comparison of care and cleanliness. As I know this place and almost some of its staff members. The Sister incharge is so polite here for patients and sometimes strict for staff members if found even a single mistake. The doctors are so nice. You'll get here better facility for all kind of treatment. Even though there's different wards for different problems like burn ward, children, orthopedic ward, ICU, CCU, NIKU, General O. T.ortho O. T, emergency, male medical, female medical ward, pathology, isolation ward. And
here a ortho surgeon so impressed me Dr. Pandey Sir is so nice, as well my ideal. Thank you

The hospital has a good reputation and it has maintained it so far. The problem is that it's way too crowded so the patients having breathing or anxiety issues might find it difficult here. The staff is also rude sometimes and parking could be an issue if the place is crowded.

First time I ever seen such Doctors who are kind, Polite, Humble and Dutyful for everyone. U guys are excellent.

The hospital has Good facilities but few doctors and staff has very rude attitude. Moreover, Emergency services are very bad.

Not sufficient doctors and dengue ward service is worst. Doctors is not attend patient and take sample many time.
