In June 2022, During zumba I started feeling sudden left knee pain and went to doctor for checkup post MRI got to know I had an acl sprain and interstitial tears and was advised 3 weeks rest. I took rest but still I felt uncomfortable while using stairs having sensation that I am putting more pressure on my left knee and even was not able to walk properly left knee being bit unstable, not even able to climb stairs properly.
Months passed, doctors changed, rest cycle repeated but no significant improvement, my hopes and confidence literally started shattering.
Then this year in feb 2023 one day I got to know about Dr Surbhi Nanda mam by my relative who also took physiotherapy from her for some shoulder pain
I went to her, she listened to my issues and problems patiently (which is literally missing with other doctors these days),
She went through my reports and said "give me 1 month this is nothing just muscle weakness"
I trusted her and started physiotherapy, within 2 weeks I literally started feeling difference - no more unstablilty, discomfort in climbing stairs or pain post light dance or walking problem, I can confidently say by end of 4th week I started feeling almost 90 prcnt better, started climbing stairs properly.

Dr Surbhi Nanda is an excellent doctor- when I first met the doctor I was in immense pain from my breast surgery done 6 months ago. My previous doctors had asked me to just bear the pain. I started physiotherapy at the clinic and the staff helped me move from an extreme pain of 9/10 to no pain 0/10 in 4 months. They helped me unfreeze my shoulder which was completely frozen, my shoulders are so flexible now that I can do most yoga poses which I wasn’t even able to do before the surgery.

I have a very bad experience at this centre.my pain got increase.i had minor disc bulge, which is very common problem.they are just looting patients.initially they said ki it's a very small problem you will be perfectly fine with in one month.then after 20 days they said they need more time.my situation only get worst day by day.they know the treatment but they deliberately strech the issue.they will not give the required treatment timely. I talked to couple of patients who has same issue.they also had the same experience.staff is also bit careless.not properly trained

I’ve always been quite nervous when it comes to physiotherapist, however I’ve been seeing Dr Surbhi for the past few month or so and it’s been phenomenal. I had spine L5-S1 fusion in sept 2020 due to broken bone and waited few weeks to start my physio. All staff girls have such a bubbly personality and is so fun to talk to it’s nice to have a physiotherapist who understands your specific conditions & concerns and will cater exercises to work for those needs. I gain lot of mobility and still long road to recovery. I am off PT at center but still doing at home back to my work. I highly reccomend Dr surbhi for spine issues.

I reached out to Dr. Surbhi in the mid of December 2020. I had a grade 2 meniscus tear in 2017 but somehow things were going well. When I ran for 12 Kms continuously in Nov 2020, things changed for worst and I had to reach out to someone who could help me. It's been a month since I am regularly visiting her clinic and now I feel much better. Almost on the verge of healing my meniscus tear. Apart from her expertise in her work, I also liked one more thing about her and her staff is that even if at times they are fully occupied, they make sure none of the patients have to wait for their turn. Their management and their hard work is something that make the lives and experience of the patients good enough and worth visiting.

I'm 21 yrs old.recently i was diagnosed with facial palsy in which i was unable to move my left side of my face.i was unable to laugh, speak.but under the treatment of dr surbhi maam improvement could be seen from the very first day. I came to Dr Surbhi's centre for a very long history of my injuries, one operated knee (on the ACL and MCL) and more than 2 sprains each on my both of the ankles. Current problems included instability and weakness in my right ankle making me scared (and a little incapable: P) even of going on a run, let alone soccer playing. I've been trying to get it treated since over an year of my college. I visited Dr. Surbhi's clinic for a course of around 10 days (I was available for only that duration in the city) but the results were much better than I expected. My crepitus was decreased by a lot of margin and that was one of the main problematic symptoms. My exercises had a focus at the balance at my joints, and truly, my balance became very better at the centre.
Now that I'm leaving the city, I'm leaving with a lot of positivity that I can improve because I improved a lot within these 10-11 days. I thank a lot to all the staff and Dr Surbhi, at their centre for all the care and consideration they show towards their patients.

I was suffering from cervical pain last one and half year. I had cunsult with homeopathic doctors and alopathic Doctors but i did not find the relief in my cervical pain.

I don't know from where to start. I have never met such an incredible doctor in my life. My mom is one of the regular patients Dr. Surbhi have and its been months she is going there. She used to tell me how incredibly she is recovering with Dr. Surbhi. However, past few years experience with several doctors I don't really trust them with the treatment. They were harsh plus no sign of recovery.
Few days back i had sprain in my neck and my mom made me visit her and finally i get to meet her. Even with such a normal thing (although i was in a lot of pain) she and her staff were so concerned and concious with me and also with patients over there that you will not feel you are with a doctor.
She is amazing ️ i really loved her style. My pain was gone in 3-4 days and just because of her my office wasn't hampered even for a single day.
She is the only one with whom my mom is comfortable and feels that she will be fine. Also, the only doctor who was able to treat my mom.

I live in UAE and had some regular pain in my left knee, When i consulted with doctor, i came to know that i have to go through with one minor surgery for my left knee.
