Back in 2016, I developed holes in my retina (both eyes). Dr. Vinit Sah performed barrage laser surgery for the same. The surgery was so good (neat & clean) that it was well appreciated by the doctors at Shankar Netralaya in Chennai.

Called to get an appointment at 4PM, the guy rudely said dont come now clinic is open only between 08: 30 AM to 11: 30 AM.

After waiting for 3 to 3.5 hours to meet the doctor, it doesn't matter how good the doctor is. They even closed the shutter from outside after 8.30pm and inside, the clinic was operating.

Very good and experienced doctor. Best for eye treatment. I myself got better results. But a little costly and few members of staff act oversmart and treat badly.

No doubt doctor sahab is very experienced and humble person and his personality reflects in his staff too but what is find cataract lenses are overpriced. Most of their clients are retired Public servants and old aged persons. So it would be good if they could be advised well. What is costly is not always good. Foreign lenses are usually costly because of heavy import duty, so comparison should be made on the basis of quality not on price tag. And this could only done by a good and honest counsellor.

Very humble, experienced doctor, clinical hygiene and facilities are awesome. Very popular among all my colleagues and friends.

Very Unprofessional. The patient was suffering from severe eye pain but the doctor was busy counting money in his cabin then came out with an excuse and said that he won't be able to attend him. We only wanted him to review the medicines again since they were not working at all but instead were giving more pain (medicines were prescribed by him). He simply picked the first eye drop from the bag we were holding and gave it to us saying just use this and I'll see you next day but will he take responsibility if something happens overnight? !

I had very great & pleasant experience during my mother's Cataract surgery. Complete staff including all ophthalmology assistant and of course the great Dr. Vinit Sah given us very good attention and given enough time to patient and explains the problem clearly. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
