Dr. Vivek Sharma

No doubt, Dr. Vivek Sharma is good doctor, but, the process of his booking for appointment is really pathetic. They have given 3 numbers for calling, but, none of the numbers are switched on ever. Always switched off.

Bad experience no call attend.bad doctor bad clinic and bad staff. NO baody can go to this clinic.

Everything about this clinic is very good but the brokerage taken everytime is annoying. We have no alternate ways than paying it. Pathetic system! We've to pay at least 1000rs extra to get an appointment.
This system should be banned

No doubt the doctor is awesome and one of the best neuro doctor. But, trust me it's impossible to get his appointment not because the doctors too busy but the fact is that the staff have set some broker who charge 1000 to 2000 rupees apart from doctor fees just for appointment. There are 2 numbers given for appointment booking but it's always busy. Me and my family members in total tried 1387 time starting from 11 am to 12: 15 pm. And you have to pay the brokerage everytime that you visit the doctor. Now, as per me what's the use of being such a good doctor when it's so hard or so costly to get in touch with you each time.

But the staff and the system of getting appointment in worst I have ever seen. I hope dr.shab see this review and consider about the situation.

This is a very famous Doctor in Varanasi and many more cities. Dr. Vivek Sharma is a Doctor of Neurology. His problem capturing ability is best. I have never seen in any other Doctor like him. He provides better solutions for your patient problems. He take best care of his patients. ️

This rating not for doctor. This only for his appointment system which is worsen. That is mental harassment for patients and their families because we try more than 20 days but after they says mudsar Alli appointment u get even we don't want. We just need Vivek Sharma if he doesn't need any patients then he say we never try. We gone other hospitals but that is too bad.

Doctors appointment system is the worst for his image. He should take seriously actions on this. Otherwise his image is Darkened in front of patients who are continuously trying to have an appointment with him because they are wanting good neurosurgeon. Giving others doctor appointment won't solve the problem. Mr. Vivek Sharma sir should look after this issue even after being a great doctor.

Dr. Vivek is humble and polite personality but Bad appointment systemplease be kind. Your appointment system is just like mental harassment.

It's very hard to get appointment here. Despite all that Dr Vivek Sharma is best.but not suitable for patients came for emergency treatment.
Also there is no preference to VIP patients.
Locality is also not very good. Average condition

लोग कहते है डॉ भगवान का दूसरा रूप होता है
लेकिन मैं कह सकता हूँ कि डॉ विवेक शर्मा जी भगवान बनकर धरती पर जन्म लिया हुआ रूप हैं और जिस निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से मरीजों को देखते है वो अन्य डॉक्टरों के लिए अनुकार्डिय है शायद इनसे अच्छा न्यूरो पुरे भारत में अभी तक तो नहीं होगा
इनको कई उपनामो से लोग पुकारते है जैसे गरीबो के मसीहा, भगवान इत्यादि
लेकिन एक कमी है और वो है इनके यहाँ नंबर लगाना शायद उसेन बोल्ट का रिकार्ड तोड़ सकते है माउन्ट एवरेस्ट पर एक साँस में चढ़ सकते है और तो और एक मैच में 1000 रन बना सकते है पर नंबर लगना हद से भी ज्यादा कठिन या कह सकते हो असंभव
इसी में सुधार की बहुत ही ज्यादा जरूरत है plz बदलाव कीजिये sir

Dr vivek sharma is a good doctor, but a big problem is, we are unable to call for appointment due to not reachable of call.please fix it or give another no.

I had came up with a solution Now! Just dial the no. Between 11am to 2pm, without stopping.call continuously! Because many people are busy to place no, so try try but don't cry! Its a game of luck.don't demoralize. If you can't place no, try it another day with patience, hope and diligence. Even try for a week.
Also, when you meet with dr, You will feel that his nature us quite jubilant. Also, you will not meet with him alone during appointment, there are 2-3 patients also available at his cabin.

Dear Mr. Sharma,
Glad to know about your dedication towards your patients & also one the best among doctors who knows the value & pain of theirs patients. One of my family member is under your treatment since last 6 months & I have seen the miracle in terms of recovery in his health. Now he is doing allhis routine work.

But, I want to share one feedback on your appointment process. In your system The appointment process is only by phone calling in between 11: 00 AM To 14: 00 PM & In this time All patients/family member trying to get theirs appoints But After spending continuously 3Hrs in connecting the call, It's totally a factor of luck to get the call connected & book an appointment.

Hope, As a doctor You can understand the situation of spending 3Hrs over phone only for getting an appointment But failed-Stress level of a patients.

It's my humble request to you that Pls.take one step towards correction of this system.
