Very late in delivery, waiting for my parcel from last 9 days (8days late) and everyday it shows to deliver it today. But no call/message and no updates. Very bad services. They don't even provide their customer care contact number.
Never order any phone from flipkart. They making us fool more then a week. The Delivery guy never picked our call & every day we get Undelivered message in the evening. He picked the phone & said he don't know how to exchange phone in offer so he can't deliver to us which we already paid in flipkart.
My product was not even delivered and it was shown as delivered, they are not even giving my refund, I'm complaing again and again, no one is resolving my issue.
The worst delivery experince. Delivery boys dont receive phone, evwn if they receive call they disconnect or just give excuses they wasted my ffull sunday i kept waiting for him to come when he was just 2km away. Your guys don't know how to treat a customer. Poorest service I ve ever experienced in my life. Your guy is making us fool since 3 days. Your delivery guys are disconnecting my calls again and again. In last 3 days I have called more then 50 times and they not picking.not a single time
If you You have unable delivered. Then please don't irritate to customer,
In the last 3 days I have received a daily massage in the morning "your product is out for delivery" and in the evening got a massage "undelivered reschedule to tomorrow".
And also check why your delivery boys are uncontactable
I wanted to inform about the successful delivery of package wrong item, which was delivered on Friday, 18th August 2023. The delivery was made around 1: 00 PM. Upon receiving the package, I requested the delivery person to show me the contents of the parcel before proceeding with the payment. However, they mentioned that their policy restricts them from displaying the items before payment is made.he's show me the QR Code unlucky i've made the payment item has been delivered without asking PIN CODE, later i've checked payment made on delivery boy account which was display Name (Sarvesh Kumar SO Raj Kumar). I'm 100% sure delivery boy has change the item or nearest HUB, Ekart Logistics agent doing tototally fraud.
Bkws hai ye service. Packet lucknow aa gya hai 12 Oct ko hi but uske bd bhi abhi tk Delivery ke liye Out nhi kiya hai. Ekart ki delivery bhut bkws hai.
This is the worst logistics company with pathetic staff and no customer value at all. The delivery staff is untrained and unprofessional. I've had a very hard time with my orders being cancelled even without reaching me.
Ekart has the worst services.their so called wish master are crazy people, they have no manners or sense, bloody liers. I dont understand why Flipkart had partnership with them, effecting its own Goodwill. I had many bad experiences in past, my recent experience was regarding exchange of old mobile phone with a new one where they demanded money in order to pass the old handset. I purchased 2 different phones.

Ekart delivery boys are worst. They are providing too bad service. I have odered a product one flipkart. My order I'd is OD115782238462962000 I have ordered a product in exchange. When the product was delivered then dilevery boy not accepting the product for exchange and said we can't exchange due to SCRETCH. Flipkart is accepting SCRETCH product. But the delivery boy is not accepting. He didn't delivered my product. Delivery boy name Rajesh kumar.
Worest ever shopping experience, the delivery was pathetic, I had to receive the stock on my own and none of the rubbish imploy was bothered at all. Shameful for such so called huge brand. (flipkart)
Delivery persons are not delivering the consignment at the address mentioned on it. They always say come to the location best suited to them whether the distance is more than 1 km or mire. They always say that they are not allowed to deliver the consignment to actual address and customers has to come to pick them. I had ordered a consignment from flipkart and delivery was expected to village murlipur, chinhat dewa raod, but the delivery person was not ready to come to even outside the village. He was keep asking me to come to dewa raod which is approx 2 km from my home. Not sure why this happens. Pathetic service by you people.
Flipkart delivery partner. New location is Just behind Singapore mall, gomti nagar, on very busy n congested road of wholesale sabzi market, having parking issue, one can also pick his/her parcel from there also.
