Its a big store with large variety of electric appliances. Staff was generous and explained feature nicely.

I purchased a split AC from this shop. They gave two different units (indoor and outdoor). And when i asked for replacement, they are least cooperative. According to them ग्राहक मेरा देवता till money gets credited to their account. After sale is done...
