Elite Communications (Nokia-Moto-Lenovo Authorized Service Centre)

Recently I got Motorola handset screen replaced and paid nominal charges as per new original screen. But the screens seems not original and they have replaced with duplicate screen from the market. I wonder what happened to their quality service.
Edit 1: After connect with the owner on the number provided, he was able to assist on the problem. However, as per warranty the screen could not be replaced and they mention its original part.

Very good service.service is very fast the staff was attentive and quick issue got solved in anhour.

Other than this they haven't updated my phone even after so long time. They fix what was my main problem.

Staff behaviour was fine
Place was easy to find through call
Location is almost center of the city.

Helpful shop, went to banaras for a few days, they prioritised us and fixed the broken display, upi payment is also available

Back-up The facility of backup should be given to the consumer when the phone is servicing the car, transfer the same storage, take back your USB pendrive

I talked to him on the phone that the rear glass of the camera of Motorola One Vision Plus is broken, how much will be changed, he said that it will cost ₹ 800 and if it is not in stock now, it will change with the whole back then it cost is ₹ 1200 this is in stock when you want come and change it

Maine moto g5splus ki battery change karvaya (2021) inhone officials price (1800) se jada charge kiya (2200).

Aur inhone mere screen bhi kharab kar diya. Enngenier sahi nahi hai. (0/10).
Fiting bhi achi nahi ki hai.
Main yaha isliye likh raha hu kyoki pahle taki koi aur centre par jaye.nahi to apne risk par ja sakte hai.

Worst experience.they don't know how to talk with customer n there is no coordination between them.
I was visited for my phone moto g6.the issue was that my phone power button not working properly so I submitted my phone thier n they charge me a cost of 180 of service charges.after two days they were said motherboard is damage n it will be replace n cost will be 75% (10,000) of actual cost of phone n also said there is no guarantee n same day I went for repaired through a local vendor so my phone works normally without any problem. I suggest don't visit.

Worst experience and you cannot contact them on over phone they have given a same number on all internet platforms even though on motorola and lenovo websites but that does not work.

I am addicted to Motorola thus for many years I've been connected with you and know your decent & quality service.
But right now unable to reach u so kindly share or update ur contact number, it's urgent.

I gave them my moto x4. The speaker volume was very low and so was the in call volume. The earphone jack was loose. I gave my ohone to them to repair. The speaker volume is definitely normal now and so is the earphone jack. But now whenever the battery of my ohone is below 50% the speaker volume is lost and the in call volume is lost. Even the proximity sensor does not work when i place the phone on my ear. Also, when i am on a call using my earphones, the person on the other side of the call cannot hear my voice

Very bad service for all customer because any parts will be replace required then he says that it is chargeable

All Motorola service centre are waste of time no help you get from and they talk very rudely and it take 5-6 hour for your turn

Excellent Service Centre with experienced and dedicated staff towards customer I clap for them for my smartphone repair n recommend all to visit.

I visited the service centre for replacement of screen of K8 note mobile. They asked to pay ₹5,600/- for the same. When I asked about the so high amount, they again qouted ₹4500/_. When I checked online it is of1800/-. Please don't visit this place.

All services done for Lenovo and Motorola Mobile, staff members are humble and cooperative, however the place is cash only and max they support Paytm/Tez, for credit card they charge 1.7% extra

It is at the 300mtr.aprox.left side when you go straight manduadih chauraha from mehmoorganj chauraha. Tough to find the location but services are good.

I have very bad experience with this service centre.no sense have worker here how to treat. Moto you have the poorest service and today I know you have poorest worker also

They suggest to change the display costing Rs5600 but it was repair only for Rs50 in private mobile shop.
They just making money for there own profit.
