Ent Care and Surgery

I am giving stars because of very poor behaved reception staff dr zaidi have. I visited with my 3 month old and 2.10 yrs old. I was 10 minutes to my 3 yo's appointment and they kept sending 6 patients who were after my number and kept me in waiting for 1.5 hours. I and my wife both requested two three times but when we saw that they were more busy with their mobile we left it as it is.

If you are planning to consult here then take full day leave, no system, no queue, no support from staff. They make people wait for many hours and show as if they are doing charity on patients

Doctor's behaviour is very poor and arrogant in nature. He did improper treatment in my case. My overall experience is very bad.

Dr Ahsan Zaidi is a very good Doctor and thorough while examining, it's been my 3rd time to his clinic in 3 years due to my recurrent symptoms.but rest assured he treats well

Dr Zaidi is a senior professional and very polite with his patients. He explains every thing without any rush and makes everyone feel very comfortable around him that makes it easier for everyone to discuss their problems with the doctor.

Not happy the way appointment was taken care. Booked the appointment in morning got the time for 3 pm and waited till 7 pm. Not sure who were sent for treatment in the meantime.
Also there is no parking there.

When i was in Lucknow i showed him regularly. He is a wonderful Doctor. Very patient and calm person. Very very knowledgeable doctor
