Pathetic Service Centre with the most untrained staff. Don't know anything about the new Innova Hycross models. Never visit them for service. Buying a new car from the dealership was an amazing experience but service is just the opposite

Arrogance at its peek.salesperson's attitude was totally callous While we do appreciate that toyota sells by the name but sheer callousness and approach of their dealer is disturbing.person was not even interested in sharing the details on delivery.far better approach by MG / Mahindra dealership.

All the services was good in Toyota, as they sale and purchase old model Toyota cars their conditions is good but the Price much bigger than condition (exception are always there).

The service that I received from this agency was quite good and up to the mark. I received the best price for Toyota Glanza from this showroom and I was duly offered a satisfactory service in terms of finance, registration and on time delivery of the car. Experience is just awesome with the persons present in the showroom and social distancing and all precautions are properly cared. The interaction and the information for everything is satisfactory.

The sales staff is very good the whole experience is outstanding. The support staff was also very good at explaining.

It is like how a toyota showroom should.no fancy things just dependent on their cars. Showroom was not upto the level especially when you think that you are buying a 36L car.

For Toyota service it's a nice place. Friendly and courteous staff. Separate lounge for owners with tea coffee available along with TV if anyone is interested else they can watch their car getting attended through a glass partition.

Service quality is below average.

They will followup with you till the time your car is dropped atvtgeir showroom. After that you will bot get any updates on sevice progress. You have tocall them and ask for status update (its your car and you need they are not bothered about customer conscience). If yoy are in service center then You need to wait there and if you ate kucky then somebody will attend you.

As a normal cuatomer you can access the quality of work at a glance by the quality of washing and cleaning. It is clearly visible that they are doing this activity as a formality.

I had been told that all my cars service has been comoleted nd ask to make payment.post payment final invoice and gate pass handed over to me. When i see my car it was not even properly washed. When asked service advisor told that claning will happen at last stage only you just wait our voys will come and clean it.

My question is that uf job is not completed then why invoicing is done abd asked for payment. Also why gate pass is issued.

One must pay visit to Espirit Toyota to know why they are world leader.
